주거환경이 거주자 건강에 미치는 영향력 분석 연구－ 환경성질환 유병률 분석 중심으로 － (A Study on the Impact of Housing Environment of Residents Health - The Case of Incidence Rate of Environmental Disease -)

초록

이 연구는‘주거환경’이 거주자의 건강에 미치는 건강결정요인을 환경성질환 유병률 분석을 통하여 도출하고 각 요인별 상관성 및 영향을 분석 하고자 함이며 이에 대한 연구결과를 통하여 건강주거에 대한 정부 정책반영 및 건강에 대한 국민의 관심을 주거문제로 확산시키고자 연구를 진행하였다. 이 연구는 한국보건사회연구원에서 조사한 2015년도 한국복지패널 기초분석연구서에서 사용된 한국복지패널조사의 가구용 자료를 바탕으로 이 연구의 목적에 부합하는 천식, 알레르기성 비염, 아토피성 피부염 유병환자의 자료만을 추출하여 종속변수로 설정하였고 거주자 주거환경 요소인 주택유형, 주거위치, 방수, 주거면적, 점유형태, 구조/재실(내열, 내화, 방열, 방습)상태, 주거시설 사용형태(상하수도,부엌,화장실,목욕시설,난방시설)를 독립변수로 설정하여 각 요인별 상관관계 분석과 회귀분석을 통한 영향력 분석을 실시하였고 분석된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 천식에 영향을 미치는 주거환경 요인으로 화장실 사용형태, 주거면적, 주택유형, 소음/진동/악취 등 생활의 적합성여부 순서로 타나났다. 이는 사회취약계층의 열악한 주거환경과 연관되어 진다. 둘째, 아토피피부염에 영향을 미치는 주거환경 요인으로 소음/진동/악취 등 생활의 적합성여부, 방음/환기/채광/난방설비 여부, 목욕시설 사용형태 순서로 나타났다. 이 또한 천식의 경우와 같이 사회취약계층의 열악한 주거환경과 연관되어 지는 것으로 판단된다. 셋째, 알레르기성 비염에 영향을 미치는 주거환경 요인으로 주거면적, 화장실 사용형태, 소음/진동/악취 등 생활의 적합성여부, 주택유형, 방음/환기/채광/난방설비 여부 순서로 나타났다. 이는 취약계층의 열악한 주거환경과 대조적으로 나타났다. 이 연구가 가지는 시사점은 실제 주거 행태의 환경조건을 반영하여 실 거주자의 신체적 건강 영향요소와 관련된 체계적인 분석을 통하여 각 요인별 상관성 및 영향분석을 진행하였다는 것에 의의가 있다. 이러한 연구를 통해 건강에 대한 국민들의 높은 관심을 주거환경과 관련된 건강한 주거 조성을 위한 문제로 연결 및 확산 시키고 이와 관련된 정부정책으로 반영될 수 있도록 노력하고자 한다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study was to derive health determinants on health of residents by residential environment through the analysis of prevalence in environmental disease, and analyze the correlation and influence by each factors. Moreover, the study was aimed to expand the interest in housing problem to reflect government policy on health housing, respectively with the public interest in health.
In this study, based on the results from Korea Welfare panel survey carried out by Korea institute of Health and Social affair in 2015, the data of patients with asthma, allergic rhinitis, atopic dermatitis, which meets the purpose of this study were extracted and set as dependent variables. Resident living environment such as Housing type, residential location, numbers of room, residential dimension, occupation type, and condition of frame/ room (heat resistance, fire proof, radiation proof, and moisture proof), type of residential use (water and sewage, kitchen, restroom, bath facilities, and heating system) were set as independent variables. Impact analysis was carried out through correlation analysis and regression analysis for each factor, and the results are as follows. First, the factors influencing the living environment affecting asthma were identified as the order by toilet use(0.241), residential dimension(-0.180), type of housing(-0.172), and noise / vibration / odor of suitability of life(0.108). Second, the factors affecting atopic dermatitis were identified as the order by the use of suitability of life such as noise/ vibration/ odor(-0.227), equipment condition of soundproofing/ ventilation/ lightning/ heating facilities(-0.107), and bath facilities(-0.101). Third, the factors influencing the allergic rhinitis were residential dimension(0.151), type of toilet usage(-0.137), housing type(0.113), suitability of life such as noise/ vibration/ odor(0.096), soundproofing/ ventilation/ lightning/ heating facilities(0.062).
The implication of this study is that it shows the analysis of correlation and influence on each factors through the systematic analysis related to the influence factors in physical health of an actual residents reflecting the environmental conditions of an actual housing class. Through this study, I intend to connect the public’s high interest in health to the problems creating healthy homes related to the residential environment and to be reflected in government policy on the related factors.
