초록

The purpose of this study is to clarify the determinants of rating of sports professional channel baseball highlights program. From April to August 2017, 420 professional baseball ratings data and 393 professional baseball highlights program images were analyzed. The results of this study are as follows.
First, the results of the analysis were used to find meaningful factors by independent factors such as the channel, the leading professional rating, the day, the broadcast length, the announcer, the commentator, Analysis methods were descriptive statistics, variance analysis, regression analysis, and covariance analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, the rating of the professional baseball highlights program is linked to strong proximal and influential effects with the professional baseball program. The female announcers of the two, sports highlights programs were found to be factors affecting audience ratings. But the narrator did not. Third, as a factor of the game, which team's game is highlighted 1 has a significant effect on the audience rating. The lower the ranking difference of the two teams in Highlight 1 among the competition factors, the more the score difference affected the ratings. Some of the factors found in the results of this study can be said to have found applicable factors in the field of study as well as in practice.
