초록

O presente estudo tem como objetivo principal observar o sistema da educação brasileira e analisar a taxa de analfabetismo e o IDEB(Índice de Desenvolvimento da Educação Básica). Segundo dados do IBGE, em 2012, a taxa de analfabetismo das pessoas acima de 15 anos no Brasil afetava 8,7% da população, mas voltou a cair, em 2013, para 8,3%. O IDEB foi criado em 2007 pelo INEP(Instituto Nacional de Estudos e Pesquisa Educacionais Anísio Teixeira) no âmbito do Plano de Desenvolvimento da Educação para medir a qualidade do ensino nas escolas públicas. O índice é calculado através do rendimento escolar no Sistema Nacional de Avaliação da Educação Básica e na Prova Brasil. O IDEB é medido a cada dois anos e apresentado numa escola que vai de zero a dez. Para uma escola ser considerada de bom nível, ela precisa ter uma nota igual ou maior a 6. Através disso, discutimos o nível e o problema da educação brasileira.

This study aims to observe the Brazilian education system and analyze the illiteracy rate and the basic education development index. According to IBGE, in 2012, the illiteracy rate among people aged 15 and over in Brazil affected 8.7% of the population, but fell to 8.3% in 2013. The IDEB was created in 2007 by INEP under the Education Development Plan to measure the quality of education in public schools. The index is calculated through the academic achievement in the National System of Basic Education Evaluation and the Brazil Test. The IDEB is measured every two years and presented at a school that goes from zero to ten. For a school to be considered good level, it must have a grade greater than or equal to 6. Through that, we discussed the level and the problem of Brazilian education.
