AHP를 이용한 마약류중독자의 효과적 치료개입 우선순위 결정 (A Study on Determining Priorities of the Therapeutic Interventions for Drug-Abusing Offenders using AHP)

초록

본 연구는 마약류 등 유해약물 중독정책들을 탐색하여 효과적인 치료개입방안 우선순위를 정하는 것이다. 이를 위해 마약류중독 실태 및 정책에 있어서 다양한 치료적 개입방안을 구체적으로 탐색하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 AHP분석 기법을 이용 마약류중독자의 치료적 개입방안을 1차 수준 및 2차 수준별로 항목간의 중요도를 파악하여 우선순위를 도출하였다.
그 결과 치료보호제의 하나인 치료명령제의 활용이 필요하며 장기적으로는 개입을 위한 선별대상 단기개입 기관선정과 조기발견을 위한 선별검사 보급이 우선순위로 평가하였다.
즉 단기적으로 우선 치료보호제 활성화를 통한 치료명령제의 도입이다. 현재의 치료명령은 임의적으로 이뤄지고 있으나 약물중독자와 같은 만성적 중독자에 있어서는 지속적인 약물치료를 할 수 있도록 강제적으로 입원시켜 치료하게끔 하는 치료명령제를 고려해 볼 필요가 있다. 다음으로 예방적 차원에서 조기발견 및 개입을 위하여 선별대상 단기개입 기관 선정과 선별검사 도구를 보급토록 하여야 할 것이다. 지역사회의 다양한 의료보건기관을 지정하여 의사뿐만 아니라 상담가, 사회복지사 등 마약류중독 치료와 관련한 다양한 전문가들이 각각의 전문지식을 통해 다각적인 치료가 가능해질 수 있을 것이다. 적극적으로 선별검사 도구 보급 및 개발을 통하여 마약류 등 유해약물 사용자의 조기발견 및 치료개입을 할 수 있도록 하며, 특히 청소년의 마약류 등 유해약물 조기발견 선별도구의 개발이 시급하다.

영어초록

Should be to move harmful drug addiction and drug policy in the present study, to set the priority of effective therapeutic interventions. Therefore to understand the importance of therapeutic intervention using drug paraphernalia 1 level and second-level item AHP analysis method based on it, and move the various therapeutic interventions specifically in the realities of drug addiction and policy by calculated priority.
The purpose of this study is to prioritize policies which can be considered for establishing and facilitating compulsory therapeutic treatment. To do that, this study conducts a questionnaire survey, targeting for 40 expert. The survey includes various factors according to three stages : Compulsory treatment, Arbitrary treatment, Proactive treatment. The method used is AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) technique using expertchoice 2011. Results of the analysis are as follows.
We found that command of nothing, one of the therapeutic and protective agent therapeutic use is required. Long term fad for the selective target interventions for short-term intervention agency selection and early detection screening tests assessed as a matter of priority.
In other words, via activation of initial treatment in the short term, protection of in treatment command implementation. Current treatment need to consider therapeutic instruction to treat forcibly hospitalized for continuous drug therapy has been randomly just like drug addiction becomes sex addict.
There is need to provide screening for short-term intervention agencies designated and selective scanning tool in the way to prevent early detection and intervention for that. That can be a multilateral treatment by the expertise of each various experts specify the various medical health community, doctors as well as advice related to the treatment of drug addiction, such as social welfare.
Aggressively selective scan tool advertisement and need to do early detection of harmful drugs such as developing drugs and therapeutic interventions. In particular harmful drugs such as youth drug early detection screening tool development is urgently needed.
