학교시설 개방에 따른 공간 체계 및 문제점 분석- 2017년 서울시 우수사례 학교시설을 중심으로 (Problems Analysis of Spatial System and in Opening School Facilities - Focusing on the School Facilities of Excellent Case in Seoul in 2017)

초록

Purpose: The open and Composite of school facilities are closely related to the improvement of the quality of life of local residents by providing resources and space for each other by combining community and school, It is also emphasized in the current 2015 revision curriculum. However, laws, regulations, and guidelines are not clearly marked for students' safety concerns that are derived from the influx of outsiders into school facilities. The purpose of this study is to present the problems and solutions through the analysis of the operating system and spatial analysis of the five schools selected as excellent schools in 2017 in Seoul. Method: School Facilities Review the previous research on Open and Composite to understand recent trends and problems. And investigate the validity and rationale of the research by examining related laws, regulations, and guidelines. Then, as of 2017, five excellent schools in Seoul will be analyzed as an example of operational plans and spaces, and problems and solutions will be derived. Finally, we will present the direction of future development focusing on solutions. Result: The results are as follows. First, the links between the curriculum detailed operation plan and the community linkage are the main points for school composite facility. This satisfies the lack of school facilities through the community and satisfies the lack of communities as school facilities. Second, the overlapping of copper wire can be solved by separating the building of separate batch, the single copper wire, and the layer where the main room is placed in the lower layer.
