예비유아교사의 긍정심리자본, 자기통제력 및 대학생활 적응력과의 관계 (The Relationship among Pre-service Early Childhood Teacher’s Positive Psychological Capital, Self-Control, and University Life Adaptation)

초록

본 연구의 목적은 예비유아교사를 대상으로 하여 긍정심리자본 및 자기통제력이 대학생활적응력과 어떠한 관련성을 지니는가를 분석하는 것이다. 연구대상은 예비유아교사 242명이며, 연구도구로는 긍정심리자본, 자기통제력 및 대학생활적응력 척도를 사용하였으며, 상관분석 및 단계적 중다회귀분 석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 대학생활적응력은 긍정심리자본 네 하위요인 모두 및 자기통제력의 과 제완수와 정적 상관을 보였으나 자기통제력의 충동성, 자기중심성 및 화냄기질과는 부적 상관을 보 였다. 긍정심리자본의 낙관주의 하위요인은 대학생활적응력의 학업적 적응, 사회적 적응, 대학애착 적응 하위요인에서 유의미한 정적인 영향력을 보이며, 긍정심리자본의 탄력성은 학업 및 정서적 적 응에 그리고 자기효능감은 사회적 적응에 정적인 영향을 보였다. 자기통제력의 과제완수 하위요인은 학업적 적응과 대학애착에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있으며, 화냄기질과 충동성은 각각 정서적 적응 과 사회적 적응에 부적인 영향을 보이고 있다. 예비유아교사들은 대학생활 적응을 위해서 미래의 삶 이 궁극적으로 좋아질 것이라 믿는 신념을 지니며 또한 책임감과 의무감을 고양하고 충동성 및 부절 적한 기질을 조절하는 능력을 함양해야 할 것이다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between pre-service early childhood teacher's positive psychological capital, self-control and university life adaptation. A total of 242 pre-service early childhood teachers participated in this study. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analyses were used for data analysis. There was the positive correlation between positive psychological capital and university life adaptation. But there was negative correlations between the positive psychological capital and self-control(except task-attainment sub-factor), and between university life adaptation and self-control(except task-attainment sub-factor). The influence of the pre-service early childhood teacher's positive psychological capital and self-control on university life adaptation was significant. Especially, optimism sub-factor of the positive psychological capital had a great deal of influence on the academic adaptation, social adaptation and university attachment sub-factors of university life adaptation. The resilience sub-factor of the positive psychological capital had positive influence on the academic adaptation and social adaptation. The self-efficacy sub-factor of the positive psychological capital had positive influence on the social adaptation. The task-attainment sub-factor of the self-control had positive influence on the academic adaptation and university attachment sub-factors of university life adaptation. But angry temper and impulsivity sub-factors of the self-control had negative influence on the emotional adaptation and social adaptation, respectively. The results of this study suggested that pre-service early childhood teachers should have belief of positive future life and increase responsibility and sense of duty, and regulate impulsivity and inappropriate temperament for their university life adaptation.
