블렌디드 기반 뮤지컬 제작 수업 연구: D중학교의 협력종합예술활동을 중심으로 (A Study on the Development of Blended-Based Musical Video Production Program: Focused on the Collaborative Arts Activities of D Middle School)

초록

목적 본 연구는 비대면 시대에 블렌디드 기반의 중학교 뮤지컬 영상 제작 수업 개발에 대한 연구로 ADDIE 모형을 적용하여 온라인교육환경에서 플랫폼 기반의 예술 수업을 설계하고 그 효용에 대해 논의하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
방법 2020년 3월부터 11월까지의 서울 D 중학교 2학년 학생 122명을 대상으로 하는 협력종합예술활동에 적용되었다. 프로그램을 직접 적용하고 협조한 교원 7명에 대한 초점집단면접(Focus group interview)을 실행하였으며, 참여한 122명의 학생에 대해만족도 조사를 시행하고 그 결과를 분석하였다.
결과 첫째, 쌍방향 회의, 온라인 연습, 클라우드 활용 회의 등은 학습자들의 협력적 인성 향상에 긍정적으로 작용하였다. 둘째, 화상회의, SNS를 활용한 소통은 뮤지컬 작품 프로덕션(production)의 시간을 단축하게 해 수업의 효율적 운영에 기여하였다. 셋째, 학생들은 웹 디자인, 편집, 온라인 홍보, 스트리밍의 다양한 방법들을 통해 영상을 제작하면서 디지털 리터러시(digital literacy)역량을 함양할 수 있었다. 넷째, 온라인상에서 음악, 연기, 안무의 연습과정과 산출물을 데이터로 기록할 수 있어서 웹 포트폴리오로활용할 수 있었다.
결론 온라인 교육환경 속에서 다양한 플랫폼들을 활용하여 학생 상호 간 협력을 도모하고 교사와 학생의 소통을 증진한 사례연구로비대면 학교예술교육의 대안점을 모색했다는 점에서 가치가 있다.

영어초록

Objectives This study is a study on the development of classes in video production of musical theatre in blendid-based middle schools in the untact era, and the “ADDIE Model” is applied to design and discuss the utility of platform-based art classes in the environment of online education.
Methods The developed program covers the entire process of the design and operation of Cooperative Art Activities" for 122 second graders at D Middle School in Seoul from March to November 2020." A focus group interview was conducted on seven teachers who directly conducted classes on the whole of the program, and a survey regarding satisfaction was conducted on the 122 participants, and the results were analyzed. In addition, content analysis was implemented based on the output of the video produced after the program and the data from the interviews of the students, and the validity and appropriateness of the program were evaluated.
Results First, interactive meetings, online-based exercises, and meetings of cloud utilization have been positive for improving learners' cooperative personality. Second, video conferencing, and SNS-enabled communication contributed to efficient operation by shortening the time of production in the work of musical theatre. Third, students were able to develop their capabilities due to digital literacy by producing videos through various methods such as web design, editing, online promotion, and streaming. Fourth, the process and output of practicing music, acting, and choreography online could be recorded as data, which could be used as a web portfolio.
Conclusions This study is valuable in that an alternative to the education of untact art was sought as a study of the use of various platforms in the environment of online education to promote mutual cooperation between students and promote communication between teachers and students.
