초록

This paper is to investigate experimentally the results of the influence of dropping amount of the Soft Drink and detergent at the surface of the forms on the surface qualities of the concrete. At the job site, some workmen tend to drink Soft Drink and use detergent for refreshment and washing. In this case, sometimes, workmen drop their Soft Drink without consciousness to the forms, which may cause adverse effect on the quality of the concrete. To investigate this situation, we performed series of experiments by changing the form type such as plywood form, coated plywood form and metal form, and the Soft Drink and detergent. Detergent was diluted to 5/1000 with water whose amounts is ranged from 0～80g/m2. For the results, the increase of Soft Drink and detergent amount results in decrease of compressive and flexural strength. Especially, the detergent is more sensitive to the strength loss than the use of the Soft Drink . For the effect of the form types, plywood form, which has high absorbtion rate, had larger strength loss than the others. The dropping of the Soft Drink to the surface of the form led to increase the sticked concrete amount to the form because of set retardation effect. According to SEM observation, the containing of the Soft Drink and detergent, as expected, cause insufficient hydration process. There is big amount of air void in the microstructure of the concrete containing detergent and the Soft Drink due to set retardation and surface active reaction.
