리빙랩을 적용한 해양치유 프로그램 운영모델 개발 연구 (A Study to Develop a Business Model of the K-Marine Healing Program with Living Labs)

초록

본 연구는 2021년부터 2024년까지 수행한 해양치유 리빙랩을 토대로 산업적 초기 단계에 있는 해양치유 프로그램 운영모델의 최적 모형을 제시하는 연구이다. 해양치유 문헌조사와 기술 수요 조사를 통해 주민들의 건강 관련 이슈, 치유프로그램에 대한 니즈 등을 분석하고 이를 토대로 해양치유 프로그램을 개발하고 프로그램 운영모델을 기획하였다. 리빙랩에 적용한 해양치유 프로그램은 자원활용요법과 전문 해양치유 프로그램인 마린아트테라피, 마린힐링테라피 그리고 지역 특성화 해양치유 프로그램이다. 사용자 맞춤형 해양치유 서비스 제공을 위해 충남 태안(서해안), 전남 완도(남해안), 경북 울진(동해안)에서 5회에 걸쳐 리빙랩을 운영하였으며, 해양치유 리빙랩 참가자들을 대상으로 프로그램 효과성 평가와 만족도 조사를 실시하였다. 리빙랩 운영 결과를 바탕으로 해양치유 운영모델을 고도화하였으며, 전문가 자문을 거쳐 해양치유 프로그램과 운영모델을 완성하였다. 해양치유 프로그램을 통해 스트레스 경감, 우울감 완화, 근골격계 통증 완화, 수면의 질 개선, 피부 상태 개선, 체지방 감소와 같은 효과를 기대할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서 제시하고 있는 해양치유 프로그램 운영모델은 프로그램 운영에 관한 내용으로 한정되어 있으며, 가이드라인 성격이 강하므로 향후 구체적인 치유 목적별 해양치유 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. 또한 해양치유센터 개관을 앞두고 최적 비즈니스 운영 방안을 마련할 때, 지역별 수요와 여건, 시장환경 변화 등을 탄력적으로 반영하여 종합적인 비즈니스 모델을 개발할 필요가 있다.

영어초록

This study, conducted at Marine Healing Living Labs from 2021 to 2024, presents an optimal model and program of the marine healing business in the early industrial stages. Through a review research and survey, the health issues and needs for healing programs of residents were analyzed, and based on this, marine healing programs and operational models were outlined. The marine healing programs implemented in the Living Lab include marine resource utilization therapy, and specialized programs such as Marine Art Therapy, Marine Healing Therapy, and region-specific marine healing programs. To provide customized marine healing services, Marine Healing Living Labs were operated five times in Taean, Chungcheongnam-do (West); Wando, Jeollanam-do (South); and Uljin, Gyeongsangbuk-do (East) to evaluate the satisfaction and effectiveness of participants, and the operation direction of the marine healing program was investigated and analyzed. The marine healing program and business model was advanced by considering the Living Lab research. FGI was conducted with a group of experts, users, and operators, and an optimal operation model for marine healing business. This study confirmed that the marine healing programs can reduce stress, depressive symptoms, musculoskeletal pain, and body fat, and improve sleep quality, and skin condition. The marine healing business model covers policy support from the central government and local governments in marine healing business, customers targeting, development and operation of marine healing programs, construction of marine therapy facilities and infrastructure for marine healing service. The study results can provide strong characteristic of guidelines for the marine healing operation model. When preparing an optimal operation plan ahead of the future opening of a marine therapy center in the future, it is necessary to develop marine healing programs for specific healing purposes. Future studies should focus on developing and localized business model to reflect regional demand and conditions, and changes in the market environment.
