관광활성화를 위한 새터민의 떡 선택속성과 만족도 및 관계지속 의도 간의 인과관계 연구 (A Study on the Causal Relationship Between Saeteomin’s Criteria and Contentment of Selecting Rice Cakes and their Intention of Sustaining the Relationship for Tourism Revitalization)

초록

본 연구는 새터민의 떡 선택속성을 탐색하고, 선택속성과 만족도 및 관계지속 의도 간의 인과관계를 분석하였다. 이론적 배경에서는 선행연구의 검토를 바탕으로 주요 개념인 떡 선택속성, 만족도, 관계지속 의도를 정의하였다. 연구설계를 위해서 선행연구를 토대로 하여 연구모형을 설정하고, 떡 선택속성과 만족도를 독립변수로 만족도와 관계지속 의도를 종속변수로 제시하였다. 조사방법으로는 설문지조사방법을 활용하였으며, 조사는 2023년 7월 1일부터 약 3주간 진행되었다. 이를 통해 총 336부의 유효 표본을 분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과, 떡 선택속성과 관계지속 의도 및 만족도, 만족도와 관계지속 의도의 인과관계는 전반적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 향수가 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며 재 구매의도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것은 가격으로, 맛은 추천 의도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 남한 떡과 연계하여 주요 관광상품 중의 하나인 우리나라의 대표적인 전통 떡을 개발하고 대·내외적으로 적극적으로 홍보하여 전통 떡의 판매를 증대시키고 이를 통하여 지역경제 활성화 와 관광활성화를 도모할 수 있는 시사점이 제시되었다.

영어초록

This study explores the attributes of Tteok when Saeteomins, North Korean Defectors, select them. It is an analysis of causal relationships between their selective attributes and contentment and their intention of continuing the relationships. In the theoretic background, the key concepts including selective attributes of tteok, satisfaction and relationship continuation intention were defined based on the review of the pilot study. A research model was established based on the pilot study for the research design, presenting the selective attributes of tteok and satisfaction as independent variables, and satisfaction and relationship continuation intention as dependent variables. A questionnaire survey method was used for the survey method, and the survey was conducted for approximately three weeks from July 1, 2023. Through this, a total of 336 copies of valid samples were used for the analysis. As a result of the analysis, the causal relationship between selective attributes of tteok, relationship continuation intention and satisfaction, as well as the causal relationship between satisfaction and relationship continuation intention were shown to be significant as a whole. Through this study, the plan to promote revitalization of tourism was presented as a practical implication by developing and manufacturing the tteok with improved satisfaction on fragrance, taste and price among the selective attributes of tteok. Accordingly, a study on the plans to increase the tteok consumption and sales targeting the entire nation in addition to Saeteomins is necessary in the future through a study on the comparison between North Korean and South Korean tteoks.
