초록

This study investigated on the energy to exports that Turkey and neighboring regions of Eastern Europe around the Balkans have their ability to innovate each energy-tech. Also due to Ukraine's coup and the opposition of the Muslim Middle East, IS terrorism, CEE energy cooperation is being replaced by Turkey and innovation are required to develop an energy. CEE energy cooperation is concentrated in Turkey, and it is required to develop the energy innovation.
On the current, this brought on dropping in oil prices and the Russian suffered its economic crisis, but Turkey has led to the rise of its economy relatively. Here are ways that the government is urged by the expansion of energy policy and practical ways of public enterprises, this cooperation was more important than the self-reliance of energy. These routes have been suffered through a number of different forms of economic crisis, but in the energy routs than energy development innovation, Turkey brought to unexpected growth.
Energy investments were moved into Turkey with parts of the phenomenon from neighboring emerging Balkan countries. Its economy was growing relatively quickly. Turkey will be solved it by converging the ICT edge of energy cooperative exploitation with the western Balkans to Caucasus in order to gain benefit from them continuously.
