초록

East Asian cooperation has facilitated regional development through the establishment of a multilateral cooperation system in the region for more than half a century, forming a regional supply chain through close cooperation and hierarchical division of labor. After the 21st century, the driving force of East Asian cooperation weakened, and this has restricted the process of East Asian cooperation. However, the rapid development of China's economy has led to changes and developments in the East Asian industrial chain. Since 2008, anti-globalization and protectionism have had a significant impact on economic globalization, and the East Asian industrial chain is also facing restructuring. At present, changes in the globalization process, particularly the strategic competition between China and the United States and the new epidemic pandemic, may affect regional cooperation jointly promoted by East Asian countries, on the one hand, or destroy it. The core of global supply chain restructuring in major industries is reshoring including restructuring of East Asian supply chains. Under the new circumstances, the comprehensive push for economic cooperation in the East Asian region is a realistic demand to restore the supply chain in East Asia.
