한식홍보행사 참가동기와 관광행동의도의 관계에서 행사만족도의 매개효과 연구/일본 돗토리현 하야부사역 축제 참가자를 중심으로 (Study on Mediating Effects of Event Satisfaction in the Relationship Between the Motivation of the Participants and the Tourist Behavioral Intentions in Korean Food Promotions – Focused on participant)

초록

본 연구는 2013년 8월 12일 일본 돗토리현에서 개최된 제 5회 하야부사역 축제에서 한국과 한식문화교류를 위한 활동으로 한식홍보행사를 진행하고, 참가자의 동기와 행사만족도, 관광행동의도에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 이를 통해 한식세계화의 일환으로 활발하게 진행 중인 한식관련 홍보행사에 대한 현지인들의 인식파악과 홍보행사의 구성과 내용기획, 한식과 연계한 관광 상품의 개발, 관광목적지로서의 한국 인식제고에 기여하기 위함이다.
연구결과 한식홍보행사 참가자의 동기요인은 경험성과 매력성, 독특성으로 구분되었으며, 참가동기요인 중 경험성과 매력성 요인은 행사만족도와 관광행동의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 독특성은 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 행사만족도가 관광행동의도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 행사만족도는 행사 참가동기와 관광행동의도를 매개하는지를 분석한 결과 한식홍보행사 만족도는 한식홍보행사 참가자의 동기가 관광행동의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
본 연구를 통해 해외에서의 한식홍보행사는 한식에 대한 매력성과 경험성 요인을 부각시킴으로써 한식에 대한 이해와 긍정적인 인식을 고취시키고, 현지인들로 하여금 한국문화에 대한 관심을 증가시켜 한국으로의 관광행동의도에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다.

영어초록

This study were studied the impact on the motivation of the participants, events satisfaction and degree of tourism on conducted Korean Food promotions for the purpose of Korea and Korean Food cultural exchange activity at Hayabusa reverse Festival held in Tottori Prefecture, Japan in August 12, 2013.This study is intended to contribute to identify the awareness of local residents, configuration and contents planning of the promotions, the development of tourism products Korean Food related and raising awareness of Korea as a tourist destination about the Korean Food related promotions actively in progress as part of Korean Food Globalization. As a result of this study the motivation factors of the participants of the Korean Food promotions were divided into the experience, the attractiveness and the uniqueness. the experience and the attractiveness of which were found to affect the significant positive influence on the event satisfaction and the tourist behavioral intentions, but the uniqueness of which was found to affect the significant negative influence on that. As a result of analyzing the impact of the event satisfaction was also found to affect the significant positive influence on the tourist behavioral intentions, and the results of its analysis of the mediating effect on the motivation of the participants and the tourist behavioral intentions, then the event satisfaction of the Korean Food promotions was found to give mediated effect to the motivation of the participants affect the significant positive influence on the tourist behavioral intentions. Through this study, the Korean Food promotions in foreign countries encourage positive perception and understanding of Korean Food, increase interest of the local residents in the culture of Korean and then affect the significant positive influence on the tourist behavioral intentions to Korea by Highlighting the factors of the attractiveness and the experience of the Korean Food,
