성인 산림치유 프로그램 개발을 위한 관심도 및 요구도 분석 (The Analysis of Interests and Needs for the Development of Forest Therapy Program in Adults)

초록

산림치유 프로그램 개발과 활성화 방안을 마련하기 위하여 참가대상에 따른 특성과 치유 목표에 부합하는 산림치유 프로그램이 필요하다. 프로그램 개발을 위해서 환경여건의 분석과 함께 산림치유 프로그램 참여자의 요구분석이 필요하다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 산림치유 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.
일반 성인 남·여 516명을 대상으로 산림치유 프로그램에 관한 관심과 요구에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계분석, 빈도분석, 교차분석, 다중응답분석을 실시하였다. 응답자의 83.3%가 산림치유에 대하여 들어보았으나, 91.1% 이상이 산림치유 프로그램에 참여한 경험이 없었으며,전체 응답의 90.3%가 참여하고 싶다고 응답하였다. 선호하는 동반자로는 가족, 혼자, 친구, 사회동료, 동호인순으로 나타났다. 선호하는 요일은 토요일, 평일, 일요일 순이었다. 숲(산) 방문시간은 오전 09시~12시, 07시~09시, 14시~18시 순으로 나타났다. 기간은 1박2일, 당일, 한나절, 2박3일 순으로 응답했다. 중요요인은 산림치유 프로그램, 산림치유 인자(숲), 산림치유 지도사, 산림치유 시설, 거주지로부터 프로그램장소까지의 거리,참가구성원, 프로그램비용, 프로그램기간 순으로 나타났다. 산림치유 프로그램 개발을 위한 일반성인의 관심도및 요구도 분석을 통하여, 성별, 연령, 직업에 따라 산림치유 프로그램 개발에 차별성을 두어야 할 것으로 판단된다. 특히, 연령에 따라 산림치유에 대한 인식, 숲방문 빈도, 산림치유 프로그램 참여희망 여부, 산림치유 프로그램 참여 동반자, 산림치유 프로그램 실시기간, 산림치유 프로그램 선호요일에 대하여 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 이에 연령별 발달 단계에 맞는 차별화된 프로그램이 개발되어야 한다. 추후 연구에서는 유아, 청소년, 노인, 직장인, 다문화 가족 등 다양한 대상과 우울, 스트레스, 불안 등 심리증상에 따른 관심도와 요구도 분석에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 또한 산림치유 프로그램 참여경험이 있는 대상에 대한 산림치유 프로그램 요구도와만족도에 관한 연구도 필요하다. 본 연구의 결과가 산림치유 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 자료로써 활용되어 대상에 맞는 다양하고 효과적인 산림치유 프로그램이 구축되길 기대한다.

영어초록

The forest therapy program which is corresponding to the healing object and the characteristicparticipants is needed for development and activation of it. The development of forest therapy program needs notonly the analysis of surrounding forest condition but also the interests and needs of participants. The purpose of this study was to offer the preliminary data for the development of forest therapy program. Thesurvey of interests and needs of 516 people on the forest therapy was analyzed. Statistical analysis, frequency analysis,cross tabulation analysis, multi-response analysis were conducted by use of SPSS 21.0 program. Although 83.3% ofrespondents had heard of forest therapy but 91.1% of respondents had not experienced and 90.3% of respondents wanted to participate. They wanted to be accompanied by their family above all and then alone, friends, social peers,hobbyists in order. Preferred day of the week was saturday, weekday and sunday in order. Preferred time was 9hr to12hr, 7hr to 9hr, 14hr to 18hr in order. Preferred period was two days and overnight, the day, half a day, three daysand two nights in order. The most important factors were forest therapy program, forest healing factors(forest),forest therapy instructor, facilities for forest therapy, distance to the healing space from their residences, participatingmembers, program cost, program length in order. We believe there should be distinctions among sex, age, professionin the development of forest therapy through the analysis of interests and needs of it. In particular, according to theage, there were statistically significant differences in recognition for forest healing, frequency of forest visit, whetheryou wish to participate in healing program, follow of participation, implementation period, favored day of week.
Therefore, differentiated program which meet this age stage of development must be developed. In future research,studies are needed in the interests and needs not only for the variety of subjects such as children, youth, seniors,workers, multicultural families but also psychological symptoms such as depression, stress, anxiety. Further studyis subject to the needs and satisfaction with the healing program of the subject who has experience of participation. We expert this study to be used as a basis for the development of forest therapy program and we hope the diverseand effective forest therapy program to be constructed.
