국민의 디지털 대전환 인식이 디지털 대전환 만족도에 미치는 영향에서 디지털 활용 태도의 매개효과와 연령의 조절된 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Digital Usage Attitude and the Moderated Mediating Effect of Age in the Influence of the General Public's Awareness of Digital Transformation on Digital Transformation Satisfac)

초록

본 연구에서는 국민의 디지털 대전환 인식이 디지털 활용 태도를 경유하여 디지털 대전환 만족도에 미치는 영향에서 연령의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 한국지능정보사회진흥원(2023)의 ‘2022 디지털정보 격차 실태조사’의 데이터 중 일반 국민 데이터를 활용하여 분석하였다. SPSS Win 24.0 version을 사용하여 신뢰도 분석, 기술통계, 빈도분석, 상관관계 분석을 하였고, SPSS PROCESS macro 4.2 version 7번 모델을 이용하여 조절된 매개 효과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 일반 국민의 디지털 대전환 인식, 디지털 대전환 만족도, 디지털 활용 태도 간의 상관관계는 모두 유의미하였다. 둘째, 일반 국민의 디지털 대전환 인식과 디지털 대전환 만족도 간의 관계에서 디지털 활용 태도와 연령의 조절된 매개효과를 확인하였다. 즉 국민의 디지털 대전환 인식과 디지털 대전환 만족도, 디지털 활용 태도 간의 관계에서 연령의 조절된 매개효과가 직접적으로 영향을 미쳤으며, 65세 이상인 집단은 24세 이하인 집단과 25세에서 65세 이하인 집단보다 더 가파르게 증가하여 연령에 따라 영향 정도가 달랐다. 셋째, 일반 국민의 디지털 대전환 인식이 디지털 활용 태도를 경로하여 디지털 대전환 만족도에 미치는 영향에서 연령의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하였다. 이는 디지털 대전환 인식에 대한 긍정적인 변화는 디지털 활용 태도에 영향을 미칠 수 있으며, 디지털 대전환 만족도에 영향을 미치게 되므로 사회적인 분위기 형성과 정책적인 기반을 통한 디지털 인식 개선의 필요성을 인식하였다. '65세 이상 연령층'이 '젊은 연령층'보다 디지털 리터러시 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 만큼 고령층의 디지털 활용 태도 참여 기회를 전략적으로 제공하고, 디지털 역량을 고려한 단계별 교육 방향을 제안한다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to verify the age-adjusted mediating effect of the public's perception of digital transformation on their satisfaction with digital transformation through digital utilization attitudes. To achieve this goal, the data from the '2022 digital information gap survey' of the Korea intelligence and information society promotion agency (2023) were analyzed using data from the general public. Reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, and correlation analysis were performed using SPSS win 24.0 version, and adjusted mediation effects were analyzed using SPSS PROCESS macro version 4.2 version 7 model. As a result of the study, the correlation between the general public's perception of digital transformation, satisfaction with digital transformation, and digital utilization attitude was significant. Second, in the relationship between the general public's perception of digital transformation and digital transformation satisfaction, the mediating effect of digital utilization attitudes and age was confirmed. In other words, the age-adjusted mediating effect directly affected the relationship between people's perception of digital transformation, digital transformation satisfaction, and digital utilization attitudes, and the group over 65 years old increased more sharply than the group under 24 years old and those between 25 and 65 years old. Third, the age-adjusted mediating effect of the general public's perception of digital transformation on digital transition satisfaction was verified through the path of digital utilization attitudes. This is to recognize the need to improve digital awareness through the formation of a social atmosphere and policy foundation, as positive changes in digital transformation awareness can affect digital utilization attitudes and affect digital transformation satisfaction since the 'group over 65 years old' had a more positive effect on digital literacy attitudes than the 'younger group', we strategically provide opportunities for the elderly to participate in digital utilization attitudes and propose a step-by-step education direction considering digital competencies.
