유아교사의 다문화감수성과 다문화교수효능감의 관계에서 다문화교수역량의 조절효과 (The effect of regulating Multicultural teaching Competence on the Relationship between Early Childhood Teachers’ Multicultural Sensitivity and Multicultural Teaching Efficacy)

초록

한국은 국가 간 국제적 교류의 사회환경 변화로, 국제결혼 및 결혼이민자등 외국인 수 증가로 다문화가족이 확대되어 다문화사회로 빠르게 진입되었다. 이에 정부는 다문화가족정책 기본계획을 수립하고 매년 중앙 및 지자체가 실행 계획을 작성하여 추진하도록 하고 있으며, 다문화가족의 확대로 어린이집 및 유치원을 이용하는 다문화가족 아동도 급증하였다 이에 유아교사의 다문화감수성이 다문화교수효능감에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 다문화교수역량의 정도에 따른 효과를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 유아교사 208명을 대상으로 각 변인들 간의 상관관계를 분석하였고, 유아교사의 다문화감수성과 다문화교수역량이 다문화교수효능감에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았으며, 다문화감수성이 다문화교수효능감에 미치는 효과에서 다문화교수역량의 조절효과를 검증하였다.
연구 결과 첫째, 교직경력, 연수경험, 지도경험에 따른 차이검증결과 경력별 다문화교수효능감, 다문화교수역량에 있어서 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 경력에 따른 다문화감수성, 연수경험에 따른 다문화감수성, 다문화교수효능감, 다문화교수역량, 지도경험에 따른 다문화감수성, 다문화교수효능감, 다문화교수역량은 평균 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 유아교사의 다문화감수성, 다문화교수효능감, 다문화교수역량과의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 유의한 정적(+)상관관계가 있었다. 셋째, 다문화감수성, 다문화교수역량이 다문화교수효능감에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 유의하였다. 그리고 유아교사의 다문화감수성이 다문화교수효능감에 미치는 영향에서 다문화교수역량의 조절효과를 분석한 결과, 다문화교수역량이 높을수록 다문화교수효능감이 높게 나타났다. 따라서 유아교사의 다문화감수성과 다문화교수역량을 증진시킬 수 있는 유아교사 다문화감수성 강화프로그램 개발, 체험 및 활동 중심의 다문화교육 연수, 다양한 교수-학습 방법 등 방안 모색 및 관련 프로그램 개발이 요구된다. 특히, 다문화교수역량을 위한 연수 프로그램에서는 지식, 기술 및 태도에 대한 단계적인 영역 및 내용을 구성하여 연수에 참여하는 유아교사들에게 체계적인 역량강화 및 증진이 이루어져야 한다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study was to determine how the multicultural sensitivity of Early Childhood Teachers’ depends on the degree of Multicultural Teaching Efficacy in relationships that affect the Multicultural Teaching Efficacy. To this end, we first analyzed the correlation between each of the 208 nursery teachers, looked at the effect of the multicultural sensitivity of the nursery professor and the multicultural faculty Competence on the multicultural faculty efficacy, and verified the effect of the adjustment of multicultural teaching capacity in the effect of multicultural sensitivity on multicultural teaching efficacy.
First of the study, the difference between teaching experience, training experience, guidance experience showed only significant differences in multicultural professor efficacy, multicultural teaching competence by career, multicultural sensitivity according to experience, multicultural sensitivity to the training experience, multicultural ism, multicultural teaching competence, multicultural sensitivity according to teaching experience, multicultural teaching efficacy, multicultural teaching competence, multicultural teaching competence showed only slight differences. Second, there was a significant static correlation as a result of analyzing the correlation between the multicultural sensitivity of Childhood Teachers teachers, the efficacy of multicultural professors, and the ability of multicultural professors. Third, it was found that the results of regression analysis to determine the effect of multicultural sensitivity, multicultural teaching competence on multicultural teaching competence, has a significant effect. Finally, as a result of analyzing the regulatory effects of multicultural teaching competence in the effect of the multicultural sensitivity of childhood Teachers teachers on the benefits of multicultural professors, the higher the multicultural teaching competence, the higher the multicultural professor's efficacy is shown to be controlled. Thus, the development of a multicultural sensitivity enhancement program for Childhood Teachers teachers that can promote the multicultural sensitivity of Childhood Teachers teachers and the ability to teach multicultural ism, multicultural education training centered on experience and activities, various professors - learning methods, etc. are required to explore and develop related programs. In particular, the training program for multicultural teaching competence shall constitute a step-by-step area and content of knowledge, skills and attitudes to ensure systematic empowerment and promotion in nursery teachers participating in the training.
