유아교사의 문제행동지도전략에 영향을 미치는 요인: 정서지능, 직무스트레스, 교수창의성의 구조적 관계분석 (Factors Influencing Early Childhood Teachers' Problem Behavior Guidance Strategies: A Structural Relationship Analysis of Emotional Intelligence, Job Stress, and instructional creativity)

초록

목적 본 연구는 유아교사의 정서지능과 문제행동지도전략 간의 관계에서 교사의 직무스트레스와 교수창의성의 매개효과를 분석하여 유아교사의 문제행동지도전략을 향상시키기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.
방법 경남, 경북, 부산, 경기 등 전국의 유아교사 678명을 대상으로 구글폼을 통해 설문지를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS를활용하여 기술통계와 상관관계를 분석하였으며, AMOS 프로그램을 사용하여 구조모형 분석과 팬텀변수를 활용한 매개효과를 분석하였다.
결과 연구결과는 첫째, 유아교사의 정서지능, 교수창의성, 문제행동지도전략 변인 간에는 상호 정적인 상관관계가 있었으며, 이세 변수는 직무스트레스와는 부적인 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 유아교사의 정서지능은 직무스레스를 매개로 문제행동지도전략에영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 유아교사의 정서지능은 교수창의성을 매개로 문제행동지도전략에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 유아교사의 정서지능과 문제행동지도전략 간의 관계에서 직무스트레스와 교수창의성이 이중매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다.
결론 유아교사가 문제행동지도전략을 효과적으로 수행하기 위해서는 정서지능을 높여서 직무스트레스를 줄이고 교수창의성을 높이는 것이 중요하다. 따라서 유아교육 분야에서는 유아교사의 정서지능과 문제행동지도전략 간의 관계를 더욱 깊이 연구하고 검증된 연구결과를 바탕으로 효과적인 교육 프로그램을 개발하는 것이 필요하다.

영어초록

Objectives This study aims to provide foundational data for enhancing early childhood teachers' problem behavior management strategies by analyzing the mediating effects of teacher job stress and teaching creativity on the re lationship between teachers' emotional intelligence and behavior management strategies.
Methods A survey was conducted using Google Forms with 678 early childhood teachers from various regions na tionwide, including Gyeongnam, Gyeongbuk, Busan, and Gyeonggi. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS for descriptive statistics and correlation analysis, and structural modeling with phantom variables was conducted using AMOS program to analyze the mediating effects.
Results The research findings led to the following conclusions. Firtst There were positive correlations between early childhood teachers' emotional intelligence, instructional creativity, and problem behavior guidance strategy variables, and these three variables were negatively correlated with job stress. second, Emotional intelligence of early childhood teachers was found to influence behavior management strategies through the mediation of teach er job stress. Emotional intelligence also influenced behavior management strategies through the mediation of teaching creativity. Finally, In the relationship between emotional intelligence and behavior management strat egies of early childhood teachers, it was identified that teacher job stress and teaching creativity had a dual media ting effect.
Conclusions To enable early childhood teachers to effectively implement problem behavior management strat egies, it is important to enhance emotional intelligence to reduce teacher job stress and increase teaching creativity. Therefore, in the field of early childhood education, further in-depth research and the development of effective educational programs based on validated research outcomes are necessary to better understand the re lationship between emotional intelligence of teachers and behavior management strategies.
