초록

This experiment was conducted to find out effects of planting density with three transplanting
density levels and green manure application with four rye application levels for a whole crop
silage rice “Nokyang” in Sangju Sub-station (285m above sea level). In agronomic traits, heading date
was delayed in 1 to 6 days according as amount of rye application increased and culm length were
shorten according as the amount of rye application increased and the planting density was high. In comparison
with chemical fertilizer application (control), ripened grain rate was low below 20 ton/ha of rye
application while the rate was high above 2.5 ton/ha and milled rice yields of all rye application levels
were lower than those of control. Fresh weight of whole plant of high planting density level was higher
than that of low planting density level and fresh weight was the highest when the plant was harvested in
20 days after heading date. Total digestible nutrients was the highest when the plant was harvested at
heading date in all planting density levels.
