초록

アジア太平洋戦争の際、帝国の労働力、物資、資金を総動員した日本は、その過程で膨大なる文書や記録を残した。記録の生産には労働力を動員した企業も加わっていた。当時の規定では、企業も労働力と労務管理に関して記録をし、管轄官庁へ報告することになっていたからである。しかし、現在そういった企業の記録は見つからない。見つかったとしても、ごく一部であるか元の秩序が崩れたりしていて記録作成の背景や過程がわからない。これには企業側からの記録隠蔽や焼却も一翼を担っている。 そうした中、企業文書のなかではもっとも膨大で多様な内容をもっているのが、住友鴻之舞鉱山の記録である。資料を公開した守屋敬彦は、北海道の諸機関に散らばっていた資料を集め、欠落を補ったりしながら整理·分析して資料集にまとめた。未公開の文書の一部は、韓国政府機関(強制動員調査委員会)にも提供している。 この論文は守屋敬彦が収集·編纂した鴻之舞鉱業所の記録と個人所蔵の記録のうち、労務者災害関係のもの4種類(労働災害遭遇記録、1940年4月3日災害事故関係、災害事変報告書、死亡者名簿)を対象にミクロ的分析を行ったものである。まず第一に記録の生産背景と編集過程などのミクロ分析を通じて記録の構成と内容を見、第二に記録と記録との関係を把握した。 鴻之舞鉱業所は1917年から1973年まで操業した鉱山である。日中戦争が長期化し鉱山労働者も徴兵され操業に支障が生じると、鴻之舞鉱山は1939年から日本政府の「労務動員計画」によって朝鮮人を動員し始めた。その数、1939年10月7日から1942年9月22日まで総2,563名であった。 4種類の記録を分析した結果、1939年10月から1943年3月の休鉱直前までにおける朝鮮人の災害死亡者の比率は高かった。災害の原因は技術·職業保安教育の不十分さ、言語不通による意思疏通の不足、危険な作業場への投入などであった。

영어초록

Japan has mobilized manpower and materials, capital of the empire for the Asia-Pacific War. Japan has made a massive documents and records in the process. There was one exception where businesses can mobilize the workforce. According to the regulations at the time, the company has left a record of personnel and labor management, there is sure to be reported to the supervisory authority. However, the relevant article in the current company is hard to find. Only very fragmentary information or remaining original order can not identify the document is damaged or production background process. This is because concealment or related companies had lost.
Out of document production company currently academics will benefit the most diverse and extensive documentary Sumitomo Konomai mining- related records. Yoshihiko Moriya (守屋敬彦) has organized an additional complement to collect the relevant data had been distributed to various agencies of Hokkaido. And edit the contents of ten Years Analysis Kit, it unveiled. Some of the unpublished records offered in South Korea (the Commission).
This paper Moriya Yoshihiko collect and compile the various Kono Mai Mine and related records and private collections of laborers disaster-related records four kinds of [industrial accident encounter record, April 3, 1940 accidents relations disaster Affairs reports, the death toll the target list] is a microscopic analysis.
First, it analyzed the structure and contents of the records through the microscopic analysis of the recorded product (produced and edited background process, etc.). Secondly it analyzed the relationships between records.
Konomai mine is a mine operating until the waste acid in 1973 from 1917.
