대학 융합 교육의 국내 연구 동향 분석: 2011년 ~ 2020년 등재지에 게재된 학술논문을 중심으로 (An analysis of domestic research trends on university convergence education: focusing on academic papers published in registered journals from 2011 to 2020)

초록

본 연구는 대학 융합 교육에 대한 국내 연구 동향을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구 문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학 융합 교육 관련 연구물 특성(게재연도, 학술지, 주제어)에 따른 동향은 어떠한가? 둘째, 대학 융합 교육 관련 연구의 항목(연구내용, 전공구분, 연구영역, 연구방법, 융합방식)에 따른 동향은 어떠한가? 셋째, 대학 융합 교육 관련 연구물 특성과 연구의 항목(게재연도와 연구내용, 게재연도와 융합방식, 연구내용과 융합방식)에 따른 동향은 어떠한가? 본 연구를 위하여 2011년부터 2020년 8월까지 국내에서 발표된 논문 중 110편을 분석 대상으로 선정하여 내용분석법과 빈도분석 및 교차분석과 워드클라우드분석법을 이용하여 연구 동향을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 대학 융합 교육 관련 연구물 특성별 동향을 살펴보면, 2013년부터 연구가 활발히 진행되었고 ‘한국융합학회논문지’, ‘교양교육연구’학술지 등에 상대적으로 많이 투고했으며 주제어는 4차 산업혁명시대의 인재 특성이 포함됐다. 다음으로, 대학 융합 교육 관련 연구의 항목별 동향에서, 전공 교육과정 연구에 비해 교양, 비교과 연구, 융합교육의 효과성 연구 및 복합연구, 탈학문적 융합 연구가 저조한 것으로 확인됐다. 마지막으로, 대학 융합 교육 관련 연구물 특성과 연구의 항목에 따른 동향에서는 2013년부터 활성화되어 2018년, 2019년 증폭되고 있는 간학문 및 다학문 중 교육과정, 융합교과목 연구가 상대적으로 많았고, 2017년을 기점으로 연구되고 있는 탈학문 연구 및 교수학습법, 융합 프로그램 관련 연구는 상대적으로 저조했다. 이러한 연구 결과는 지난 10년간의 대학 융합 교육 연구의 추이를 전체적으로 조망할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 향후 대학 융합 교육 연구의 방향과 확산 전략을 수립하는 데에 정보를 제공하여 깊이 있고 풍부한 융합 연구의 밑거름이 될 수 있을 것이다.

영어초록

This study attempted to analyze the trend of domestic research on university convergence education. The research problems to achieve the research purpose are as follows. First, what is the trend according to the characteristics of research products related to university convergence education (year of publication, academic journal, key word)? Second, what is the trend according to the research items related to university convergence education(research content, major classification, research area, research method, convergence method)? Third, what are the trends based on the characteristics and research items related to university convergence education(year of publication and research content, publication year and convergence method, research content and convergence method)? For this study, 110 papers published in Korea from 2011 to August 2020 were selected as targets for analysis, and research trends were analyzed using content analysis, frequency analysis, cross analysis, and word cloud analysis.
The results of this study are as follows. First, looking at the trends of research related to university convergence education, research has been actively conducted since 2013, and Key words included the characteristics of human resources in the era of the 4th industrial revolution. Next, From the trend by item of the study, it was confirmed that liberal arts, extracurricular, effectiveness studies, complex studies, and post-disciplinary convergence research were less than those of major curriculum studies. Lastly, in terms of the characteristics of research materials and the trend of research items, there were relatively many studies on curriculum and convergence subjects among the inter-disciplinary and multi-disciplinary studies, In addition, research on post-academic studies, teaching and learning methods, and convergence programs was relatively poor. These research results will provide information on the direction and diffusion strategies for future university convergence education research, paving the way for deep and rich convergence research.
