심리운동적 언어중재가 경도지적장애 중학생의 의미론적 언어능력에 미치는 효과 (Effects of language enhanced psychomotricity on the semantic ability of middle school students with mild intellectual disabilities)

초록

본 연구에서는 심리운동적 언어중재가 경도지적장애 중학생의 의미론적 언어능력에 미치는 효과에 대해 알아보았다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 경기도 K시에 소재한 S재활원에 있는 중학생 중 경도지적장애진단을 받은 8명의 학생을 선정하여 그림보고 이야기하기를 통해 의미론적언어능력을 측정하였다 연구설계는 단일집단 사전-사후 설계로 효과성을 검증하였으며 자료처리방법으로는 수집된 자료를 비모수 윌콕슨(Wilcoxen) 부호순위로 검증하였다. 본 연구의 대상에게 사전·사후검사 4회기와 중재를 주 2회씩, 8주, 총 20회기에 걸쳐 프로그램을 진행하였다. 이 연구 결과를 통해 얻은 결론은 첫째, 심리운동적 언어중재가 의미론적 언어능력 중 개별의미유형에 유의한결과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 심리운동적 언어중재가 의미론적 언어능력 중 문장 간 의미관계에는 유의한 결과가 도출되지 않았다. 하지만 중재기간이 더 주어진다면 통계적으로 유의한 결과가 도출될 것으로 보인다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 심리운동적 언어중재가 경도지적장애 중학생의의미론적 언어능력을 향상시키는 것을 알 수 있었다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of language enhanced psychomotricity on the semantic ability of middle school students with mild intellectual disabilities. The study objects are the 8 students who were diagnosed of mild intellectual disability among the middle school students in the S rehabilitation center located in K city, kyeonggigo. This study has performed the program twice a week from April to May, 2014, 50 minutes each time and a total of 16 times during the 16 weeks. The semantic ability was measured through the 'looking at the picture and telling about it' practice with the selected students. The study design used one-group pretest-posttest design method to verify the effectiveness of language enhanced psychomotricity and the data process method was non-parametric Wilcoxen sign order examination and the significant level was under 0.05.
According to the study result, the language enhanced pscyhomotric program can be said to have significant result with the individual meaning type among the semantic ability of middle school students with mild intellectual disabilities. In the individual meaning type, the nominal sentence part had significant difference in the co-existing entity and the true nature, the predicate part showed to be statistically significant in the whole sum of predicate part, status narration and narration on real nature and the modifying part has derived statistically significant result in the nominal sentence modifying, predicate modifying and background/time etc. But, the meaning relationship among sentences did not show significant result. Although there did not show statistically significant result, since the average after the examination increased compared to before the examination, it seems that when more time of mediation is given, statistically significant result may be deducted
