창조경제시대의 인문학 중심 가치체계와 디자인경영전략의 관계성 연구 (A study on relationship between a value system focused on humanities and design management strategy in creative economy era)

초록

산업융합촉진법이 2011년 10월부터 발효되었다. 입법의 목적은 ‘산업융합의 기반을 조성하고 산업경쟁력을 강화함으로써 국민경제의지속적인 발전과 국민 삶의 질 향상에 이바지함...’으로 정하고 있다. 그러나 산업융합촉진법에서 명시하고 있는 ‘창의적 결합과 복합화’, ‘새로운 산업을 창출‘ 에 대한 구체적인 방법과 범위의 세부적인 정의가 모호하여 법률이 갖는 전략적 목표와 역할에 대한 구체성에 한계를 갖고 있음을 알 수 있다. 산업융합은 창조경제 실현의 기반이 되며 산업융합의 근원적 동인은 인문학 중심의 인간 가치를 새로운 미래가치 창출의 핵심 자원으로서, 기술 자원과 융합하여 창조적 가치를 창출하고자 하는 요구이다. 이러한 요구를 실천하고자 하는 시도는 글로벌기업이 인문학을 경영에 접목 하여 새로운 사업모델과, 상품을 개발하는 단편적 사례들을 찾아볼 수 있으나 새로운 경제패러다임을 준비할 수 있는 인문, 기술 융합의 체계적인 방법과 범위의 규정은 미흡하며 이에 대한 디자인 분야의 전략적 역할과 관계성을 규정하고 확장해야 하는 시점이다. 본 연구는 인간 욕구의 진화과정을 연구하여 인문학 중심의 가치체계와 관계성을 규명하고, 인문학 중심의 가치가 산업융합과 창조경제로 이어지는 거시적 프로세스를 관찰하여 디자인경영의 전략적 관계성과 역할을 정립하였다. 인문학 중심의 가치체계를 융합하여 과거 자본주의 경제패러다임에서 창조경제 패러다임으로 기업과 산업의 이동을 위해 창조적 혁신을 실천하고 매개 하는 디자인 분야의 확장과 디자인경영의 전략적 구조를 제공하여 향후 기업이 창조적 혁신 기업으로 변태(變態 - Metamorphosis)할 수 있는 기반을 정립하고 제공하고자 하였다.

영어초록

Industry convergence promotion act came into effects from October of 2011. The purpose of the legislation is determined as ‘to contribute to continuous growth of people’s economy and improvement in people’s life quality by forming the basis of industrial convergence and enhancing industrial competitiveness…….’ However, it is understood that there are limits in the strategic goals and the concreteness in roles the act possesses for the solid methods and detailed definitions of the range of ‘creative cohesion and complexation’ and ‘creation of new industry’ specified by industry convergence promotion act. Industry convergence becomes the basis of creative economy’s realization and its root motivation is the demand to create creative values by fusing human value as the core material of creating new futuristic values focused on humanities with technological resources. Attempts to bring such demands to reality can be found in fragmental cases of developing new business models and products by grafting literature into business in global enterprises, but the definitions of systematic methods of fusing humanities with technologies and the range which can prepare a new economic paradigm are unsatisfactory, and this is the point of time to regulate and expand the strategic role and relativity of the fields of designs. This study examined the value system and relativity focused on humanities by studying the evolution phases of human desire, and established the strategic relativity and role of design business by observing macroscopic process of humanities-focused value’s being connected to industry convergence and creative economy. It is intended to establish and to provide the basis for enterprises to conduct metamorphosis to become creative businesses in the future by providing design fields’ expansion and design businesses’ strategic structure for fusing humanities-focused value system for enterprises and industry to proceed to a paradigm of creative economy from the capitalism economy paradigm of the past.
