디자인 교육에서의 표현 재료와 방법에 대한 연구: 초등 ‘고학년 알리는 것 꾸미기’를 위한 오감 활용에 중점 (A Study of Appearance Material and Method in Design Education)

초록

발달된 디지털 시대를 맞아 실물에 대한 경계선이 흐려지면서 시각이 중심이 되어 대상을 인식하는 사례가 주가 되고 있다. 생활 주변의 미술 표현 재료에 대한 가치 탐색과 발견을 시 감각만이 아니라 오 감각으로 이끌어, 새롭게 미적으로 종합할 수 있는 능력은 재료에 대한 균형 감각의 발전에 중요한 역할을 한다. 재료에 대한 물성적 경험을 디자인교육에서 학습콘텐츠로 적용하기 위해 디자인교육에서의 재료에 관한 선행된 연구, 현 디자인교육의 분석을 6학년 미술 단원인‘알리는 것 꾸미기’로 제한하여 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 디자인교육에서의 표현재료와 방법에 관한 학교 현장에서의 적용을 목표로 학습콘텐츠로 제안하였다. 학습콘텐츠에는 다음과 같은 점이 중시되었다. 첫째, 재료와 표현 방법에 대한 미적 실험에서는 재료 자체에 대한 특성을 직접 표현으로 하기 전에 알아야 되고, 얻고자 하는 조형적 이미지를 미리 예견할 수 있고 기법도 어느 정도 숙련이 요구된다. 둘째, 평범한 재료를 새롭게 보면서 조형적 새로움을 알아내도록 하고 시각만이 아니라 오감을 활용하여 재료를 느껴보면서 다양하게 주제와 효과적으로 결합시키도록 한다. 셋째, 디자인교육에서의 재료가 가지는 본연의 느낌을 어떻게 의미를 부여하면서 디자인의 주제와 밀접한 관련을 맺을 수 있는지 언어적으로 다른 사람과 소통 할 수 있도록 한다. 위의 내용들을 바탕으로 디자인의 실제 학습에 활용하여 학습자들에게 포스터 디자인에서의 재료와 표현방법에 대한 다양성을 이해하고 창의성을 고양시킬 수 있는 방안을 마련하였다.

In order from design education to apply with the studying contents about the material object experience about the material from design education the research which precedes, 6 grade fine arts only cause `informing the analysis of the present design education decorating, ' with restricted and tried to observe. The research which sees about the expressive material and method from design education application from school site with aim with the studying contents Proposed. To the studying contents with afterwords the same point was considered seriously. First, with the material about expressive method from American experiment about material oneself with direct expression is known a quality before following and, gets and will be able to foresee the mould image which does in advance character and technique which degree skill is demanded. Second, to try to be new, mould to be new and in order to find out, the material which is common and knows only time and coming and going applies and the material, to feel tries variously, subject and the combination at the time of height atlas does effectively. Three, gives meaning how and subject of design and there probably is a possibility of tying the relation which is close, the language different person and could be understood in order, the impression of the origination which the material from design education has. With character applied dignity contents in actual studying of design and in the studying people with the material from poster design understood the plan will be able to exalt an originality prepared a variety about expressive method.
