협력적 소비의 이용의도 결정요인에 관한 연구 - 협력적 로컬 거버넌스의 조절효과 - (A Study on the Determinants of Intention to Use Collaborative Consumption - Moderating Effect of Cooperative Local Governance -)

초록

본 연구의 목적은 협력적 소비의 이용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구에서 설정한협혁적 소비에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 제공되는 서비스의 유용성, 시스템 사용의 용이성, 자기효율성, 개인혁신, 협동소비서비스에 대한 신뢰 등 5가지 변수로 설정하였다. 아울러 협력적 로컬 거버넌스가 독립변수와 이용의도사에에 조절 효과를 갖는 분석하였다. 본 연구를 위해 총 349건의 설문 응답을 집계하여 분석하였다.
주요 실증 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 제공 서비스의 유용성, 시스템 이용의 용이성, 개인의 혁신성은 이용의도에 긍정적으로 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 협력적 소비의 이용자들이 제공되는서비스의 유용성을 인지하고, 협력적 소비의 사용이 용이할수록 협력적 소비를 더욱더 채택하여 사용할것이라는 것 의미한다. 개인의 혁신성도 양의 유의한 추정 결과를 보이고 있다. 이는 설문 응답자의 대다수가협력적 소비를 혁신적인 서비스로 인식있다는 것을 의미하는 것으로 보인다.
본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 시사점을 찾아보면, 협력적 소비는 단순한 경제적 가치 이외에도 사회적, 환경적가치의 제고를 도모한다. 따라서 지역의 자원을 바탕으로 하는 협력적 로컬 거버넌스의 구축을 위한 다양한정책적 활동 및 지역 지원 활동을 통하여 특정 지역에 적합한 문제 해결형 협력적소비 비즈니스 모델의발굴 등 협력적 소비에 대한 인식개선 및 시민참여의 확대를 유발하는 것이 필요하다. 아울러 협력적 소비를활성화하기 위해서는 서비스 제공에 대한 인식의 유용성을 개선해야 하지만, 시스템 이용 편의성과 개별혁신성을 높일 수 있는 대안을 적극적으로 강구할 필요가 있다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the intention to use collaborative consumption. The factors affecting cooperative consumption set in this study consisted of five variables: usefulness of the service provided, ease of system use, self-efficacy, individual innovation, and trust in collaborative consumption services. In addition it was also analyzed whether the establishment of cooperative local governance has a moderating effect between independent variables and intention to use. For this study, a total of 349 questionnaire responses were aggregated and analyzed. The main empirical analysis results are as follows. It was found that the usefulness of the provided service, the ease of use of the system, and the individual's innovation had a positive and significant positive (+) effect on the intention to use. This means that users of collaborative consumption will recognize the usefulness of the service provided, and the easier it is to use cooperative consumption the more collaborative consumption will be adopted and used. Individual innovation also shows positive and significant estimation results.
This seems to mean that the majority of survey respondents are aware of collaborative consumption as an innovative service.
Looking for implications based on the results of this study, it can be seen that collaborative consumption promotes social and environmental values in addition to simple economic values. Therefore it is necessary to improve awareness of collaborative consumption and expand civic participation by discovering problem-solving collaborative consumption business models suitable for a specific region through various policy activities and regional support activities to establish cooperative local governance based on regional resources. And in order to revitalize collaborative consumption it is necessary to improve the perceived usefulness of providing services, but it is necessary to actively devise alternatives to increase the ease of system use and individual innovation.
