초록

본 연구는 자원봉사센터의 네트워크 관리태도와 조직효과성과의 관계가 어떠한가를 파악하여 조직효과성을 높이기 위한 전략적 네트워크 관리방안 모색을 위하여 실증적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과, 네트워크 관리태도는 조직효과성에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 밝혀졌으며, 통제하였던 자원봉사센터의 조직속성으로는 예산과 운영인력이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 전략적 네트워크 관리방안으로서, 네트워크 활성화-구성-합성-동원의 단계별 및 조직의 위계 수준별 관리전략을 제시하고 있다.

영어초록

Although participation in the volunteer service activity is gradually expanding in Korea these days, volunteer center that manages and supports volunteer is in difficult situation due to lack of resources and manpower.
Thus, network between organizations is very necessary to attain the goal of organization, but the study on the network management attitude with which volunteer center approaches is very insufficient. Therefore, this study corroboratively analyzes to search strategic network management program for improvement of organizational effectiveness by grasping the relation between network management attitude of volunteer center and organizational effectiveness. Analyzing network management attitude of volunteer center, total network attitude is 3.35 points in average out of 5.00 in perfect score and organizational effectiveness is 2.75 points in average out of 5.00 in perfect score. Analyzing the influence that network management attitude has on the organizational effectiveness, network management attitude was found to be variable factor that affects organizational effectiveness. It was found that budget and operation manpower affect as organizational attributes of the controlled volunteer center.
As strategic network management program based on this result of study- First, the network management strategy in each stage of activation-composition-synthesis -mobilization, the subsidiary variable factors of network management attitude is necessary. Second, it is required to try to grasp the level of network possessed by volunteer center and to enhance network management attitude. Third, it was presented that network management strategy should be approached according to the level of director, middle manager and volunteer staff of organization.
