골프장 이용객의 라이프스타일에 따른 삶의 질과의 영향관계 연구: 여가만족과 삶의 만족의 매개효과 (A Correlation Study between Quality of Life Depending on the Golf Course Player's Lifestyle: The Mediating Effect of Leisure Satisfaction and Life Satisfaction)

초록

본 연구는 골프장이용객의 라이프스타일에 따른 삶의 질 관계에서 여가 만족과 삶의 만족의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 또한 골프장이용객의 라이프스타일에 따른 시장세분화를 통하여 각 집단의 특성에 맞는 차별화된 마케팅전략을 수립하는데 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 이론적 고찰을 토대로 설문지를 작성하여 설문조사를 통하여 자료를 수집하였으며, 측정변수의 타당성과 신뢰성을 확보하기 위하여 요인분석과 신뢰성분석을 실시하였다. 요인분석 결과에따라 라이프스타일 요인은 가족중심 지향형, 외적활동중심지향형, 개인주의 중심지향형, 여가문화 중심지향형, 쾌락중심지향형으로 5요인으로 구분하였다.
첫째, 라이프스타일은 삶의 질에 유의적인 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설 검정결과, 라이프스타일의 모든 요인이 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 영향력의 크기를 비교해 본 결과 외적활동 중심지향형, 개인주의 중심지향형, 여가문화 중심지향형, 가족주의 중심지향, 쾌락중심지향 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 라이프스타일은 여가만족과 유의적인 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설 검정 결과, 라이프스타일의 모든 요인이 여가만족에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인하였다. 영향력 크기는 비교해 본 결과 개인주의중심지향, 외적활동중심지향, 가족중심지향, 여가문화중심지향, 쾌락중심지향 순으로 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 라이프스타일은 삶의 만족과 유의적인 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설 검정 결과, 라이프스타일 요인 중 가족중심지향, 외적활동중심지향, 여가문화중심지향, 쾌락중심지향 요인이 삶의 만족에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 개인주의중심지향은 유의적이지 못하였다. 이들의 영향력 크기는 비교해 본 결과 쾌락중심지향, 여가문화중심지향, 외적활동중심지향, 가족중심지향 순으로 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
넷째, 여가만족, 삶의 만족도는 삶의 질에 유의적인 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설 검정결과 모두 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
다섯째, 라이프스타일과 삶의 질과의 관계에서 여가 만족과 삶의 만족은 유의적인 매개역할을 할 것이라는 가설 검정결과 1단계와 2단계에서 통계적으로 유의적이고 3단계의 독립변수와 4단계의 매개변수가 유의적이어서 여가만족과 삶의 만족은 부분매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

This study is to verify themediating effect of the golf player’s lifestyle on leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction on the quality of life. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for establishing a differentiatedmarketing strategy for each group by dividing golf player’s lifestyles. The results of this empirical study are as follows. The surveyswere prepared and collected based on theoretical reviewand factor analysis and reliability analysiswere conducted to ensure the validity of the measurement variables. As a result of the factor analysis for the lifestyle, 5 factors were derived 'family oriented type', 'outdoor activity oriented type', 'individualismoriented type', 'leisure and culture oriented type', and 'pleasure oriented type'.
First, the result to prove the hypothesis that life style has a significant effect on quality of life showed that all 5 factors of life style had an effect on quality of life.
As a result of comparing the levels of influences, it was found that therewere influences in the order of outdoor activity oriented type, individualismoriented type, leisure and culture oriented type, family oriented type, and pleasure oriented type.
Second, the result to prove the hypothesis that lifestyle has a significant effect on leisure satisfaction showed a significant effect on leisure satisfaction factors. As a result of comparing the levels of influences, it was found that there were influences in the order of individualism oriented type, outdoor activity oriented type, family oriented type, leisure and culture oriented type, and pleasure oriented type.
Third, the result to prove the hypothesis that lifestyle has a significant effect on life satisfaction showed that family oriented type, outdoor activity oriented type, leisure and culture oriented type and pleasure oriented type factors have a significant effect on life satisfaction factors but the individualism oriented type didn’t have a significant effect. As a result of comparing the levels of influences, it was found that therewere influences in the order of pleasure oriented type, leisure and culture oriented type, outdoor activity oriented type and family oriented type.
Fourth, the result to prove the hypothesis that leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction have a significant effect on the quality of life showed a significant effect.
