웰빙지향행동, 웰에이징, 여가태도 및 삶의 질에 관한 연구 -관광기업 이용객을 중심으로- (A Study on Wellbeing-oriented Activities, Well-aging, Leisure Attitude, and the Quality of Life : Focusing on Customers of Tourism Company)

초록

본 연구는 관광기업 이용객을 대상으로 웰빙지향행동, 웰에이징, 여가태도 그리고삶의 질 간의 구조적 관계 검증을 통해 관광기업에 이론적ᆞ실무적 시사점을 제시하고자 진행되었으며 실증분석결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 웰빙식생활과 사회적/개인적 웰에이징, 정신건강지향과 사회적/개인적 웰에이징의 인과관계는 유의적인 인과관계가 성립하였지만 웰빙상품구매과 친환경ᆞ육체적건강지향은 사회적/개인적 웰에이징에 유의적인 인과관계가 성립하지 않아 웰빙지향행동과 웰에이징의 인과관계 검증은 부분 채택되었다. 둘째, 웰빙식생활과 인지ᆞ정서적태도, 정신건가지향과 인지ᆞ정서적 태도, 정신건강지향과 행동적 태도의 인과관계 검증은 유의적인 인과관계가 성립하였지만 웰빙식생활과 행동적 태도, 웰빙상품구매와인지정서적 태도 그리고 행동적 태도는 모두 기각되었다. 그리고 친환경ᆞ육체적 건강지향과 인지ᆞ정서적 태도 행동적 태도와도 모두 기각되어 웰빙지향행동과 여가태도간의 가설검증은 부분채택 되었다. 셋째, 웰에이징과 삶의 질의 인과관계와 관련해서하위가설 모두가 기각되었다. 넷째, 여가태도와 삶의 질 간의 인과관계 검증에서 인지ᆞ정서적 태도와 자부심, 행동적 태도와 삶의 만족 간의 인과관계에서는 유의적인 인과관계가 성립하였지만 인지ᆞ정서적태도와 삶의 만족, 행동적 태도와 자부심 간에는유의한 인과관계가 성립하지 않아 부분채택 되었다.

영어초록

This study was conducted to propose the theoretical and practical implications to tourism companies through the verification of the structural relationship between wellbeing-oriented activities, well-aging, leisure attitude, and the quality of life for customers of tourism company. The results of the empirical analysis are as follow. First, there was a significant causal relationship between wellbeing diet and social/ personal well-aging, and mental health orientation and social/personal well-aging. However, there was no significant relationship between well-being product purchasing, eco-friendlyᆞphysical health orientation and social/personal well-aging. So, the verification of the causal relationship between wellbeing-oriented activities and well-aging was partially adopted. Second, there was a significant causal relationship between wellbeing diet and cognitiveᆞemotional attitude, mental health orientation and cognitiveᆞemotional attitude, and mental health orientation and behavioral attitude. However, wellbeing diet and behavioral attitude, wellbeing product purchasing and cognitiveᆞ emotional attitude, and behavioral attitude were all rejected.
Also, eco-friendlyᆞphysical health orientation, cognitiveᆞemotional attitude, and behavioral attitudes were all rejected, thus, the verification of the hypothesis between wellbeing-oriented activities and leisure attitude was partially adopted. Third, all sub-hypotheses were rejected in relation to the influential relationship between the causal relationship between well-aging and the quality of life. Fourth, according to the result of verifying the causal relationship between leisure attitude and the quality of life, there was a significant causal relationship between cognitiveᆞemotional attitude and self-esteem, and behavioral attitude and life satisfaction. However, there was no significant causal relationship between cognitiveᆞ emotional attitude and life satisfaction, and behavioral attitude and self-esteem. Therefore, the verification was partially adopted.
