산림이용객 중심 주관적 산림치유자원 인식정도 및 효과검증 척도개발 연구 (Research on the Development and Verification of Scale for the Subjective Recognition of Forest Healing Resources by Forest Users)

초록

산림치유는 다양한 자연의 요소를 활용하여 인체에 면역력을 높이는 건강증진 활동이다. 산림치유는 스트레스 해소, 삶의 질 향상, 심폐기능 향상, 혈액순환 등 심리적·생리적으로 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으 로 밝혀졌다. 그러나 산림치유 연구는 대부분이 프로그램 효과검증 위주의 연구로 산림치유자원 효과에 대한 검증은 미비한 실정이다. 본 연구는 산림치유자원의 효과검증을 위해 숲 방문 이용객이 느끼는 산림치유자원인 피톤치드, 음이온 등을 측정하는 척도개발과 이에 따른 치유효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 효과검증을 위한 척도개발을 위해 선행연구 분석 후 산림치유자원과 치유효과를 선정하고 척도를 구성하였다. 명품숲 방문객 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 531부의 데이터를 수집하였다. 데이터 분석결과 문항신뢰도는 Cronbach's alpha값 산림치유자원 항목 0.928, 치유효과 항목 0.908로 신뢰할만한 내적일치도로 나타났다. 선정된 14종의 치유효과는 신체, 생리, 심리, 사회요인으로 구성되어 내용의 타당도를 확인하였다. 본 연구는 구조방정식 모델을 검증하여 적합성을 확인하고 산림이용객이 느끼는 산림치유자원의 효과 검증과 인식정도를 측정할 수 있는 첫 척도를 개발한 것에 의의가 있다. 본 연구에서 개발된 척도를 사용해 데이터를 축척하고 분석한다면 산림치유자원과 치유효과 구명의 기준 자료가 될 것이다. 또한, 실제 산림에서 측정한 자원 값과의 비교연구를 통하여 척도의 신뢰도 타당도를 더 높인 척도로 보완할 것을 제언한다.

영어초록

Forest healing is a health promotion activity that uses various natural elements to increase immunity in the human body. Forest healing has been found to have positive psychological and physiological effects, including relieving stress, improving quality of life, improving cardiopulmonary function, and blood circulation. However, most forest healing research is focused on verifying program effectiveness, and verification of the effectiveness of forest healing resources is insufficient. In order to verify the effectiveness of forest healing resources, the purpose of this study is to develop a scale to measure forest healing resources such as phytoncide and anions felt by visitors to the forest and to verify the resulting healing effect. To develop a scale to verify effectiveness, forest healing resources and healing effects were selected after analyzing previous research and a scale was constructed. A survey was conducted on visitors to Luxury Forest and 531 pieces of data were collected. As a result of data analysis, item reliability showed reliable internal consistency with Cronbach's alpha values of 0.928 for the forest healing resources item and 0.908 for the healing effect item.The 14 selected healing effects consisted of physical/physiological, psychological, and social factors, and the validity of the content was confirmed. This study is significant in that it verifies the suitability of the structural equation model and develops the first scale that can verify the effectiveness of forest healing resources and measure the level of awareness felt by forest users. If the data is accumulated and analyzed using the scale developed in this study, it is expected to become standard data for elucidating forest healing resources and healing effects. In addition, it is suggested that the reliability and validity of the scale be supplemented with a scale that is higher through comparative studies with resource values measured in actual forests.
