초록

Purpose – This study aims to derive implications for problems and improvements in each project stage based on the evaluation results of tourism experts on local tourism development projects.
Design, data, and methodology –Using the step-by-step evaluation result data, word weight analysis and topic modeling analysis were performed using the Textom program.
Result – first, in the evaluation contents of the preliminary stage, words related to the future operation stage were importantly mentioned. On the other hand, in the evaluation results of the post-stage, words related to public relations were importantly mentioned. Second, as a result of topic modeling, topics such as 'pre-approval consultation', 'secure target site', 'connection with surrounding space', and 'operation content' were derived in the pre-stage, while topics such as 'human resource management', 'content enhancement', and 'promotion and marketing' were derived in the post-stage.
Conclusions – At the beginning and post-completion stages of the project, content and programs are of common importance, suggesting that the project should be pursued with an operational plan.
