영아교사의 민감성, 전문성 및 행복감이 영아발달에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Infant-Teacher's Sensibility, Professionality, and Happiness on Infant Development)

초록

본 연구는 영아교사의 민감성, 전문성 및 행복감이 영아발달에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 전북 J시, G시에 소재한 어린이집 64곳에 재원중인 만 0, 1, 2세 영아교사와 영아 276명이다. 연구결과 첫째, 전체적으로 영아교사의 민감성과 영아발달은 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 민감성의하위요인별로 살펴보면, 긍정민감성은 의사소통, 대근육운동, 문제해결, 개인-사회성과 정적 상관관계를보였다. 둘째, 전체적으로 영아교사의 전문성과 영아발달은 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 전문성의 하위요인별로 살펴보면, 지식과기술의발달, 자기이해발달, 생태적발달 모두 의사소통, 소근육운동, 개인-사회성과 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 셋째, 전체적으로 영아교사의 행복감과 영아발달은 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 영아교사 행복감의 하위요인별로 살펴보면, 직장행복은 대근육운동과 직장생활은 의사소통, 대근육운동, 소근육운동, 개인-사회성과 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 넷째, 영아발달에 대한 영아교사의 민감성과전문성 및 행복감의 영향력을 살펴본 결과, 전체적으로는 직장행복이 가장 큰 영향력이 있었다. 영아발달의 하위요인별로 살펴보면 의사소통과 소근육운동은 지식과기술발달이 문제해결은 긍정민감성이 대근육운동과 개인-사회성은 직장생활이 가장 큰 영향력이 있는 변인임이 밝혀졌다. 본 연구는 영아발달을위한 영아교사의 민감성, 전문성, 행복감의 관계를 밝히고, 영아발달에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보아영아발달을 증진시키는 데 있어 보다 효과적이며 가치 있는 정보를 제시하였다는 점에서 그 시사하는바가 크다고 할 수 있다.

영어초록

The objective of this study is to find out effects of infant-teacher's sensibility, professionality, and happiness on infant development. This study was conducted with teachers in charge of infants aged 0, 1, and 2 and their 276 infants in 64 day care centers located in J city and G city, Jeollabukdo. The results are as follows. First, in general, infant-teacher's sensibility and infant development showed a positive correlation. According to the types of sensibility, positive sensibility showed a positive correlation with communication, gross motor, problem solving and personal sociality. Second, in general, infant-teacher's professionality and infant development showed a positive correlation.
According to the types of professionality, knowledge and skill development, self-understanding development, and ecological development showed a positive correlation with communication and find motor, personal sociality. Third, in general, infant-teacher's happiness and infant development showed a positive correlation. According to the types of happiness, work happiness showed a positive correlation with gross motor, and work life showed a positive correlation with communication, fine motor, gross motor and personal sociality. Fourth, according to the results of the study of the effects of infant-teacher sensibility, professionality, and happiness on infant development, it was found that work happiness had the greatest effects. On the basis of the types of infant development, it was found that knowledge and skill development of professionality is the most influential variable in communication of infant development, fine motor. positive sensibility is in problem solving, and work life is in personal sociality and gross motor. The study is full of many suggestions in that the study disclosed the relations among infant-teacher's sensibility, professionality, and happiness, and produced effective and valuable information in finding out effects on infant development and improving infant development.
