간호대학생의 학습 동기, 학업적 자기효능감, 약물 계산 자신감, 약물 계산 불안감의 관계 (Relationship among learning motivation, academic self-efficacy, medication calculation confidence, and medication calculation anxiety of nursing students)

초록

목적 간호대학생의 학습 동기, 학업적 자기효능감, 약물 계산 자신감, 약물 계산 불안감 간의 관계를 분석하여 이들 간의 상호 연관성을 확인하는 것이다.
방법 일 대학 간호학과 2학년에 재학 중이며 약물요법 간호 수업을 수강하는 120명을 대상으로 진행되었다. 구조화된 설문지를사용하여 학습 동기, 학업적 자기효능감, 약물 계산 자신감, 약물 계산 불안감을 측정하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 이용해 기술 통계, t-검정, 분산분석(ANOVA), 피어슨 상관계수를 통해 분석하였다.
결과 학과 만족은 학습 동기, 학업적 자기효능감, 약물 계산 자신감, 약물 계산 불안감에 모두 유의한 차이를 보이는 특성으로 나타났다. 학습 동기는 학업적 자기효능감 및 약물 계산 자신감과 유의한 정적 상관관계를 보였고, 약물 계산 불안감과는 유의한 부적 상관관계를 보였다. 학업적 자기효능감은 약물 계산 자신감과 유의한 상관관계가 없었지만, 약물 계산 불안감과는 부적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 또한, 약물 계산 자신감과 약물 계산 불안감 간에도 부적 상관관계가 확인되었다.
결론 학습 동기, 학업적 자기효능감, 약물 계산 자신감, 약물 계산 불안감 간에 밀접한 상관관계가 있음을 확인하였다. 이는 학습관련 요인들이 간호대학생의 약물 계산 능력과 중요한 관계가 있음을 시사한다. 따라서 간호학과 학부 과정에서는 학년별 약물 교육의 현황과 약물 계산 수준에 대한 체계적인 조사 연구가 필요하며, 약물 계산 능력을 향상시키기 위한 체계적인 교육과정을 개발할필요가 있다.

영어초록

Objectives This study analyzes the relationship between nursing students' learning motivation, academic self-ef ficacy, medication calculation confidence, and medication calculation anxiety to confirm the interrelationship be tween them.
Methods The study was conducted on 120 second-year nursing students taking pharmacotherapy nursing classes. A structured questionnaire was used to measure learning motivation, academic self-efficacy, medication calculation confidence, and medication calculation anxiety, and the collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), and Pearson correlation coefficient using the SPSS 25.0 program.
Results Department satisfaction was shown to be a characteristic that showed significant differences in learning motivation, academic self-efficacy, medication calculation confidence, and medication calculation anxiety.
Learning motivation showed a significant positive correlation with academic self-efficacy and medication calcu lation confidence, and a significant negative correlation with medication calculation anxiety. Academic self-effi cacy did not have a significant correlation with medication calculation confidence, but showed a negative correla tion with medication calculation anxiety. In addition, a negative correlation was confirmed between medication calculation confidence and medication calculation anxiety.
Conclusions The results of this study confirmed that there was a close correlation between learning motivation, academic self-efficacy, medication calculation confidence, and medication calculation anxiety. This suggests that learning-related factors are significantly related to nursing students' medication calculation ability. Therefore, sys tematic research on the status of medication education and the level of medication calculation by grade level is necessary in nursing undergraduate courses, and it is necessary to develop a systematic curriculum to improve medication calculation ability.
