초록

This study aims to examine the moderating effect of effect of career decision-making self efficacy in the relation between university students’ career preparing behavior and job stress on students in J University in Chungnam. For this purpose, the study attempts to set up theoretical foundation and execute empirical analysis from the hypothesis of the study model. Two hypotheses were set up from the theoretical background, and career decision-making self-efficacy modifying effect was analyzed in the relation between university students’ career preparing behavior and job stress of students in J University. As a result of verification of study model, career preparing behavior of students in J University had an effect on job stress which means the effecting factors need consideration. And this study figured out that if career preparing behavior had moderating effects on job stress and career decision-making efficacy. As a result, there was a significant regression coefficient in the interaction section, which demonstrated career decision-making had moderating effect. Accordingly, the hypothesis of this study which was suggested based on the precedent studies’ theoretical foundation was accepted. This was followed by some suggestions.
