초록

본 연구는 육군 병사들의 눈치와 정서조절양식 및 대인관계조화가 계급에 따라 차이가 있는지를 살펴보
고, 정서조절양식이 눈치와 병사들의 대인관계조화의 관계를 조절하는지 검증하였다. 본 연구를 위해 육군
병사 537명을 대상으로 눈치 척도, 정서조절양식 척도, 대인관계조화 척도를 사용하였다. 연구결과, 병사들
의 눈치와 정서조절양식 및 대인관계조화는 계급에 따라 차이가 있었다. 병사들의 계급을 군에서의 사회화
정도에 따라 이등병, 일병 집단과 상병, 병장집단의 두 집단으로 나누었을 때, 이등병과 일병 집단이 상병
과 병장 집단보다 눈치의 파악과 행동요인, 정서조절양식 중 능동적 조절양식 그리고 대인관계조화의 조화
정서와 조화행동, 조화인지 및 조화실천이 낮게 나타났다. 또한, 눈치와 대인관계조화의 관계를 정서조절양
식이 조절하는지를 검증하기 위하여 실시한 위계적 회귀분석 결과, 눈치가 높아질수록 대인관계조화 중 조
화정서가 높아지는 관계를 회피-분산적 정서조절양식이 부적으로 조절하였다. 반면, 대인관계조화의 조화
행동, 조화인지 및 조화실천에 있어서는 눈치와 정서조절양식의 상호작용이 유의미하지 않아 정서조절양식
은 눈치와 대인관계조화의 조화행동, 조화인지 및 조화실천을 조절하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구
결과에 대한 의의와 추후 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate if there are differences in army soldiers'
Nun-chi, emotional regulation pattern and interpersonal harmony depending on their
ranks and to verify if emotional regulation pattern moderates the relationship between
soldiers' Nun-chi and interpersonal harmony. For this purpose, Nun-chi index, emotional
regulation patter index and interpersonal index were used on 537 army soldiers. In order
to investigate if soldiers' Nun-chi, emotional regulation pattern and interpersonal
harmony have statistically significant differences depending on their ranks, one-way
ANOVA was conducted and to examine if emotional regulation pattern has a moderating
effect in soldiers' Nun-chi and interpersonal harmony, hierarchical regression analysis
was performed. The results of these analyses are as follows. First, there were differences
in soldiers' Nun-chi, emotional regulation pattern and interpersonal harmony depending
on their ranks. When the ranks of the soldiers were classified into the group of privates
and private first classes and the group of corporals and sergeants based on their degree
of socialization in the army, the group of privates and private first classes was lower than
the group of corporals and sergeants in understanding of Nun-chi, behavioral factor,
active regulation pattern among emotional regulation pattern and harmony emotion,
harmony behavior, harmony perception and harmony practice in interpersonal harmony.
Second, in order to verify if emotional regulation pattern moderates the relationship
between Nun-chi and interpersonal harmony, hierarchical regression analysis was
conducted with each sub-factor of interpersonal harmony set as criterion variable and
with each sub-factor of Nun-chi and emotional regulation pattern and interaction term of each sub-factor of Nun-chi and emotional regulation pattern set as predictors. As the
result of analysis, avoidant/distractive emotional regulation pattern negatively moderated
the relationship that the higher the Nun-chi, the higher the harmony emotion among
interpersonal harmony. On the other hand, interaction terms of Nun-chi and emotional
regulation pattern were not significant in harmony behavior, harmony perception and
harmony practice of interpersonal harmony, and emotional regulation pattern did not
moderate Nun-chi and harmony behavior, harmony perception and harmony practice of
interpersonal harmony. The meanings and implications of these results were presented
and suggestions for the follow-up studies were also discussed.
