초록

특수교육 영역은 교육대상 및 내용이나 방법면의 특수성이라는 특성상 높은 수준의 교사의 전문성을
요구하게 된다. 이에 특수교사가 지닌 교수내용 지식과 교수적 수정 및 실천적 지식에 대해 논의하고
그 관계를 알아보는 것은 교사의 전문성을 높이고자 하는 방안들을 강구하는 데에 일조할 것이라는
연구의의를 설정하고 연구가 진행되었다. 본 연구는 특수교사의 교수내용 지식과 교수적 수정 및 실천
적 지식과의 영향관계를 분석하기 위해 특수교사 279명을 대상으로, 선행연구를 바탕으로 수정, 보완
된 측정도구를 사용하여 설문조사하였다. PASW 20.0 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신
뢰도 분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하여 얻은 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특수교사의 교수내용 지식의
하위변인인 교과내용지식, 학생이해, 수업상황 및 지원이 교수적 수정에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로
나타났으며, 특수교사의 교수적 수정의 하위변인인 교수내용, 교수방법 및 평가가 교수내용 지식에 유
의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 특수교사의 교수내용 지식의 하위변인인 교과내용지식, 학
생이해, 수업상황 및 지원이 실천적 지식에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 특수교사의 실
천적 지식의 하위변인인 교과과정지식, 교수학습에 대한 지식, 학습자에 대한 이해가 교수내용 지식에
유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 특수교사의 교수적 수정의 하위변인인 교수내용, 교수방
법 및 평가가 실천적 지식에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 특수교사의 실천적 지식의 하
위변인인 교사자신에 대한 평가, 교육환경에 대한 인식이 교수적 수정에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로
나타났다. 이러한 결과는 교수내용 지식. 교수적 수정, 실천적 지식의 세 변인간의 인과적 영향관계가
있다는 것을 의미한다. 또한 특수교사의 교수내용 지식, 교수적 수정, 실천적 지식의 매개변인에 따른
관계분석 뿐만 아니라 교사의 수업의 질, 즉 특수교사의 전문성 향상을 위해 교사의 신념, 가치, 헌신
도 등과 같은 매개 변인과의 관계 규명을 위한 연구의 필요성에 대해 시사한다.

영어초록

Special education area will require a high level of professionalism of teachers Due to the nature of the uniqueness
of the target of education and educational contents and methods. Therefore, setting the research discussed the
pedagogical content knowledge, instruction adaptation and practical knowledge of special education teacher, and it is to
find out the relationship would contribute to take those measures increase the professionalism of the teachers and the
study was conducted. This study surveyed 279 special education teachers in order to analyze the impact on the
relationship between pedagogical content knowledge and instruction adaptation and practical knowledge. Measuring tools
was made to review the test questions in the questionnaire. Using PASW 20.0, this study conducted Frequency
Analysis, Multivariate Analysis of Variance and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results were as follows: First,
pedagogical content knowledge of special education teacher in the sub-factors of curriculum content knowledge,
understanding of the students and teaching situation has had a significant impact on instructional modifications. And
instruction adaptation of special education teacher in the sub-factors of instruction contents, teaching methods and
evaluation has had a significant impact on pedagogical content knowledge. Second, pedagogical content knowledge of
special education teacher in the sub-factors of curriculum content knowledge, understanding of the students and
teaching situation has had a significant impact on practical knowledge. And practical knowledge of special education
teacher in the sub-factors of curriculum knowledge, knowledge of teaching and learning and understanding of the
students has had a significant impact on pedagogical content knowledge. Third, instruction adaptation of special
education teacher in the sub-factors of instruction contents, teaching methods and evaluation has had a significant
impact on practical knowledge. And practical knowledge of special education teacher in the sub-factors of evaluation of
the teachers themselves and recognition of the educational environment has had a significant impact on instruction
adaptation. Therefore this result means that there is a causal relationship between pedagogical content knowledge and
instruction adaptation and practical knowledge. It also analyzes the relationship between pedagogical content knowledge
and instruction adaptation and practical knowledge, as well as mediating variables of teacher quality of teaching, the
teacher's beliefs, values, and commitment suggests research is needed to clarify the relationship of variables and
parameters as such.
