초록

인성 및 창의성교육은 2009 개정 교육과정의 중요한 중심적 내용으로 강화되고 있다. 인성
교육은 다름 아닌 도덕교육이다. 더 나아가 인성교육을 체계적으로 수행하기 위해서 도덕과
교육을 교과로 체계적으로 운영하고 있다. 도덕과의 통일교육은 학생들에게 통일에 대한 안정
적이고 지속적으로 인성교육을 활용하고 있다. 여기서 또한 다양한 공동체의 구성원으로서 갖
추어야 할 바람직한 덕성과 역할을 이해하고, 사회를 구성하는 각 분야가 요구되는 바 창의성
교육이다. 창의성 교육 또한 도덕을 기반으로 해야 한다는 점을 인식하며, 나라 사랑 및 타국
가 존중, 국제평화와 인류 발전에 공헌하려는 도덕과 통일교육과 그 맥을 같이 한다. 따라서
다양한 공동체의 구성원으로서 갖추어야 할 바람직한 인성과 창의성은 도덕과 통일교육에서
중요한 미래지향적 핵심 역량을 충분히 파악할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 도덕과 통일교육은 통
일 및 북한에 대해 객관적인 인식을 하고, 통일에 대한 막연한 부정적 시각을 융합적으로 정
리할 때가 된 것이다. 즉 도덕과 통일교육의 내용은 오늘날 상당한 남북 관계의 난맥으로 갈
등 상황에 놓여 있다. 그렇다고 화해와 협력적 근간이나 안보를 중심으로 한 내용 중에서 한
쪽을 포기할 수도 없다. 그러한 과정에서 도덕과 통일교육에 있어서 분명 보수의 논리가 보장
되어야 하듯이, 오늘날의 진보의 논리에 대한 불리한 작동도 중단되어야 하며 순화되어야 한
다고 보인다. 보수 논리가 인성교육적 측면으로 강화된다면 진보 논리는 창의성교육적 측면에
서 작동되도록 하는 교육정책의 기초가 마련되어야 할 것이다. 즉 교육 당국, 지역 교육청, 단
위 학교에서 잘 이루어져야 도덕과의 통일교육의 내용이 보다 인성 교육적이며 창의적 자세를
갖고 교육적 논리로 발전할 것이다. 따라서 도덕과 교사는 도덕과 통일교육의 인성 교육 및
창의성 교육적 요소를 부각하며 도덕과의 주요가치 덕목이라고 할 수 있는 존중, 책임, 정의,
배려의 입장을 강화하는 기초를 마련하도록 노력하여야 할 것이다.

영어초록

Character education is none other than a moral education. it is operated
continuously in a stable manner through education and morality you're running in
a systematic manner as subject to moral education in order to run systematically
character & Creativity Training, moral education further should. It is seen in
corollary, the core of moral education that takes place at school, seeing if defined
as morality important of humanity, the core of the desirable personality, character
education and moral education be viewed as education and morality. In this way,
it is when you guess the reality of education and moral support to the intensive
elective subject of current, and have published a serious problem for systematic
student personality education and long-term. We recognize that there is a need on
the basis of morality in various fields be provided as a member of various
communities to understand the desirable role and virtue, make up the society,
respect for other countries and love of country, and international peace I have
revealed and "with an attitude of trying to contribute to the development of
mankind .
It is seen therefore , shall be provided as members of various communities must
fully understand the desired roles virtue. In other words, with the objective
recognition of North Korea, now organized at the time he came to negative
perception that vague for unification. Unification education to put the meaning of
character & Creativity Training education, there is a need to come brings certain
changes to education policy of the government and local governments. This means
that you must create measures to trust the educational logic. Unification education
is placed in conflict situations quite different from the logic and inter-Korean
relations before. Still, it is not possible to give up what you want to and
cooperative basis and reconciliation. It is believed that in such a process, the logic
of the maintenance so that should be guaranteed certainly unified in education, that
we should be purified adverse work is interrupted or the logic of progress today.
Basic education of such policies to develop the educational content of the logical
unity of education and morality commonly performed educational institutions, local
Board of Education, in units school with a creative attitude in character education.
It is possible to understand the position of each, to access what is the basis of
democratic education. Therefore, educational institutions and government is a
toughness educational element unification education, it should be emphasized that it
may be a virtue of the main value and moral basis to strengthen their position
responsibilities, Justice, thoughtfulness.
