1. Embryology
- study of the process of growth and differnentiation.
하나의 개체를 이루기 위해서는 여러 system이 붙어야 한다.
즉, 생(물)분자(biomolecules) → 세포소기관(cellorganelles) → 세포(cell) → 조직 (tissue) → 기관(organ) → 계(system) → 개체

2. Type of cells
- somatic and germ cells.
정자 + 난자 → 수정란 ―→ 개체
↓
분화, 분열, 성장 (발생)

- 배반포 ┏ 내부세포괴 → 배아줄기세포(pluripotency 가짐) → 기관(분화) 발생
┗ 영양아세포

- pluripotentency : 다능성
totipotentency : 전능성

3. Type of cell division
- mitosis of somatic cell
- meiosis of germ cell

4. Embryological development
- somatic cell division and progressive differentiation, migration, adhension, hypertrophy, apoptosis
- 발생 : 세포의 활동 → 성장, 분화, 이주, 점착, 증대, 사멸
