We are afraid that it is very unstable due to various reasons, even though we have achieved a high rate of the growth. In addition, there appears to be a decrease in exports which are the stepping stone for the growth. So, all of us are concerned about our economy. A slump in domestic demand induces our companies to reduce their investments. Therefore, the companies do not require many employees. It directly influences lots of undergraduates or graduated students and makes it difficult for job applicants who are seeking employment. It could mean the universities are not providing competitive human forces for the labor market. Therefore, if we know how universities can remain competitive in sharply changing business environment, we will resolve the economic and unemployment problems.
We will look over the 3 main factors of the university. When each element, which are students, professors, and administrative system, harmonize with one another, we can expect the Business college as well as the university strengthens its competitiveness.
Firstly, In respect of the students, as we already know, the students should invest much time in studying with cooperation and concentration. As most of the excellent Harvard University students place emphasis on the time management, they need to build a fine time budget during the university life for the efficiency and the effectiveness, As human beings, the students can not live without human relationships. Likewise it is imperative for them to take care of good human relationships among the students and with faculty members.
