정맥혈전증 - Telmisartan 40 mg PO qd
-Metformin 500 mg PO bid
- Empagliflozin 10 mg PO qd - 기존 혈압, 혈당 조절되고 있어 유지
- LDL-C 수치로 스타틴 추가
- 항응고제 추가

· Subjective information
주소(Chief Complaint, CC):
· 3일 전부터 시작된 오른쪽 종아리 통증과 부종으로 응급실 내원
· 장거리 버스 고향 다녀옴, 평소보다 활동량이 적었음.

현재 병력(History of Present Illness, HPI):
· 고혈압
· 제2형 당뇨병
· 오른쪽 다리가 붓고 통증 있음
· 피부가 붉어지고 만졌을 때 따뜻한 느낌이 들었음
· 보행 시 통증이 심해짐.

과거 병력(Past Medical History, PMH):
· Hypertension (2010~) (10년 이상)
· Type 2 DM (2012~) (10년 이상)

가족력(Family History, FH):
· 부: 고혈압, 뇌졸중
· 모: 제2형 당뇨

사회력 (Social History, SH):
· 흡연: 과거 20갑년, 2년 전 금연
· 음주: 사회적 음주(주 1회 미만)

· 65세 남성
· 172 cm, 74 kg

신체 검사(Physical Examination, PE):
· BP 128/76 mmHg, HR 84 bpm, RR 18/min, Temp 36.8°C
