    본문내용

    Approach
Our team project's street market places importance on sustainability, so I looked for a famous sustainable restaurant in that food market is the main item of our street market.

    Overview
FARM-TO-TABLE DINING became a popular concept. Restaurants around the world are sourcing local produce, minimizing waste, and reducing energy use. Part of the drive to sustainability is because of flavor — fresh, local food simply tastes better than the same food out of a package — and part of the recent resurgence of sustainable practices in restaurants is because it’s what the people want. While there are locations where local and sustainable food has always been present, this new crop of environmentally conscious restaurants take the concept to the next level. Azurmendi is one of the resturants that value sustainability without compromising on flavor and experience.

The evaluation of green walls as a passive acoustic insulation system for buildings in Germany, Austria, and England is a crucial area of research that holds significant promise for improving the sustainability and livability of urban environments. Green walls, which incorporate a variety of plants and vegetation, have the potential to serve as an effective and natural means of reducing noise pollution in buildings, a persistent challenge in densely populated areas. By absorbing and deflecting sound waves, green walls can enhance the acoustic performance of buildings, creating more peaceful and comfortable indoor spaces for occupants.
