Currently, the "Body profile" craze is hot, in which the changed body is filmed in a professional studio, produced as a pictorial, and posted on SNS. The
number of users posting "#body profiles" on social media is soaring (May 10, 2022, based on Instagram public posts: a total of more than 3 million). Even if you search for the same keyword on various portal sites, recent posts (based on Naver: an average of more than 2,000 per day) are poured out. This may be the effect, but the supply and demand for 1:1 training at pilates and gyms are also on the rise (21% increase year-on-year as of 2021, the National Tax Statistical Portal). Sales of smart devices such as Apple Watch and Galaxy Watch, which can check one's heart rate, breathing rate, and calorie consumption in real time, are also increasing day by day (up 20% from the
previous year in 2020, Counterpoint Research).
