Abstract
Noble metals show different optical properties when they become nano scaled particles. In this experiment, one of the noble metal, gold, will be synthesized from bulk to nano scale, showing some changes in optical properties. Then, it will be nano fabricated by reconstructed PS-b-P4VP inverse micelle film, which is made by two step process. First, inverse micelles were made by self-assembly of two phase different BCPs, PS and P4VP, on the solid film and then hydrophilic solvent added to reconstruct the micelle to have hallow pore. When the film is immersed to Au NPs solution, the synthesized Au NPs will be deposited in the pore and this will be observed by SEM. In addition the affect of Au NPs LSPR(localized surface plasmon resonance) coupling will be analyzed by UV-Vis spectrometry.

Introduction
There are two main methods to fabricate nano scale structures. First patterning method is called ‘Top- down approaches.
