The emergency relief grant (ERG) is a support system aimed at stabilizing people's livelihoods and restoring the economy to overcome the crisis caused by the Coronavirus. The first ERG, which took place in April 2020, was paid to the entire nation. At a time when the Coronavirus is prolonged, discussions are in full swing on the scope of the second disaster aid payment. One side argues that the payment should be made to the entire nation. Others, however, say the payment should only be made to some of the low-income brackets. Paying ERG to the entire nation is important for three reasons: quick payment, no discrimination, and prevention of income reversal.
