Executive Summary
•The Business Opportunity – why is this an opportunity? This is a good opportunity because there is a public movement to improve mental health and infrastructure of psychiatric system.
•Product Development and Description – Current progress, limitations? This venture will be the starting point of changing people’s preconception on mental illness, but it might be hard to make an improvement at first because of strong stigma.
•The Target Market – Profile, analysis and growth trends. Target market will be the group of people who has mental illness but can’t share their problems because of stigma.
•Timing - Korean people now know how to utilize new application and there has been a demand for helping their problems to be solved.
•Competition – There are some competitive applications about mental health and major competitor; postsecret-Korea. However I would differentiate MATE from other competitors by making it more serious and involving with users’ participation.
