Abstract
This reflective journal is focused on my personal document in Business research lecture. It has two parts which are exploring a learning experience from content, process and reasoning perspective and a think of learning in relation to academic, professional and personal development. The lecturer uses a lot of materials to teach such as referencing, data collecting and researching through video and website. Through the experience, I can work for other subjects and final year project. Furthermore, it helps to me to get a job and work efficiency. Moreover I get confidence from this work.
