정 의 : 실제적이거나 잠재적인 조직손상으로 인해 경험하는 감각적 또는 정서적 불편감이 갑자기 또는 서서히,
자 료 : 객관적 자료:
▶56세 남성
▶키 168cm/ 체중 78kg
▶20년전 고혈압 진단.
▶주 3회 이상 고기, 소주를 먹음
▶30년 이상 흡연중
▶건강검진결과 고지혈증, 지방간, 비만 소견이 있었다고 함
▶1시간가량 지속된 흉통
▶통증 발현시 고통스러운 표정 관찰
▶의식상태 drowsy
▶V/S: 90/60-92-26-36.6℃
▶불안한 모습 관찰
▶결손맥박 측정 (심첨맥박:90/min)
▶발한량 많음

주관적 자료:
▶“가슴이 쥐어짜는 듯이 아파요. 곧 죽을 것 같아요”
▶“약간 두통도 있어요”
