3.2. Advantage and disadvantage of Mobile Office System

3.2.1 Advantage of Mobile Office System
There are mainly 4 advantages of IBM mobile office system.
First, Effective working time control. When you`re working in mobile office system, you don`t need to waste of your time during your commuting time, so that you can more concentrate on development of customer`s services, and you can manage your time more effectively, so that you can also improve your quality of life.
Second, More focusing on the core. It means you can subcontract non-necessary works to another company like outsourcing, and it is helpful for regular employees to focus on core work.
Third, Reducing cost. for example, IBM didn`t need to spend much money on offices if there are more and more employees who`re working in mobile office system. Reduction of office place about 40%, and restrain expanding of office place. also, reduction of investment cost for facilities and equipment. and, saving 10million dollars net costs for 5years. also, saving employees` traffic fare. If IBM Korea apply this system for 1200 employees, they can save at least 624 thousands dallors per a year.

Forth, Increasing job satisfaction. 84% of IBM`s mobile office system employees answered that they were satisfied with this system for improving their work achievement. and, 74% of them answered this system is also helpful for improving their quality of life in over all. Satisfaction of mobile office system has been increasing constantly.
