I was a such person who could not speak English at all even though I had studied since I was 13. Unfortunately(Now I obviously can say ‘Fortunately’), my high school teacher pushed me to go to the university even majoring ‘American Studies’. However, after I entered my university, I found that I was able to speak better than others even the senior. People asked this unusual freshman if I had used to go abroad but absolutely not. I was just a little 19 year-old girl. As I got interested in several studies such as linguistics and psychology at my university, it had been always the issue for me how I could speak English at the very first time. For this assignment, I can not help mentioning the couple who are my aunt and uncle, Hee and Chris.
From November 2000 to March 2001, it was just after my SAT, so I had long vacation waiting for the new life as university student. I spent most of my time at Hee and Chris home because my mom wanted me to learn English with Hee and Chris. Of course, I was frustrated since I could not communicate with Chris. I was not comfortable to stay with him although he was my uncle.
