Executive summary
The Samsung is one of well known company in the world. Their successful business is not only applied in their local market but also in global market. As the company business area getting enlarger, their department also needs to distribute for proper operation.
This report evaluates the strategic perspective of Samsung SDI which is a member of Samsung Group and the market leader in electric parts, energy and display industry in Korea.
This strategic plan will be reviewed from company background, mission statement, broad goal and their objectives. Also by using several analysis methodology as PEST analysis, SWOT analysis and critical success factors (CSFs).
According to these analyses, the corporation needs to reduce cost and increase their system efficiency. For achieving that, the Samsung SDI reorganizes their structure and move to new green energy market.
Risks are always there when someone jumping into new era however the Samsung SDI will overcome those obstacles and risks with its strength and using external opportunity.
