Introduction
As the world’s population grows we see a rise in innovation and production of cars as well. There are several kinds of automobile companies in the world including: Toyota, Honda, BMW, Mercedes Benz, and Hyundai. However, many companies such as Ford, Chrysler, and General Motors, have gone into decline with the current global economy crisis. In this business situation, Hyundai has successfully managed to increase their sales rates. However they need to continue to produce and market for greater success in the world.

Brief Company Overview
Hyundai Motors Company was incorporated in 1967. It is a Korean motor company. Hyundai Motors Company deals primarily with one major business segment, automobiles. The company globally produces automobiles to sell to customers all around the world. They have branch locations in many countries including: Japan, the United States, Canada, and so on. Hyundai Motors Company, in addition, has many different minor parts toreate greater products. In 1968, Hyundai Motors tried to make inroads into the world market, and as a result, contacted




Conclusion
The effects of a good system areing, South Korea’s spply chain system is weaker than that of most other countries. The U.S. for example; the United States is one of the biggest markets in the world. Then there are countries like Japan that have great systems already in place. We are really pleased with Hyundai Motors and think thatlike the ones utilized in Japan and then continuing to grow from there, they could succeed and become a powerhouse, much like that of the U.S.
However, there are definitely several problems. South Korea’s selling rate is changed by a company’s business skill, but others like the U.S is changed by a dealer’s business skill. Also, marketing is another big problem. The 10 year-100,000 miles warranty is very successful but we do not know that the effects will last that the supply chain infrastructure will make itd for marketing. Therefore, Hyundai Motors should solve this problem that we mentioned the above; JIS system and so on. Hyundai will improve and be successful.
With the implementation of our purposed solution, we believe that the way Hyundai Motors does business can be streamlined and
