As an accountant of the Best Repair Shop, the research will be analyzing the company’s costing system. This paper contains the classification of cost information, and given scenario’s classification.
The general objective of this paper is to study costing system through given scenario. This term paper also determines the production activities, and proposed the accounting system through given requirement.
Moreover, this paper provides the price change and current costing system for the owner.
Contents of this paper include costing systems, the costing activities, and the given scenario’s analysis. It also provides a brief summary of recommendation.

Cost Information
Cost can define as the monetary value of goods and services expended to obtain current or future benefits. According to Atkinson. A & Kaplan R., the types of costs are differing product and period costs, and the two broad functional cost classifications are manufacturing and non-manufacturing costs.
